Hey there, everyone.
Welco to the recruitnt thread of C-rank freshn guild «Eden».
Indeed, the door to the long awaited 2nd round of interview is open at last!
The recruits will join Eden's subordinate guild «Arc-Arcadia» first. Of course, you will have your chance to be promoted to main guild when more slots are open with Eden's rise to B-rank!
If you have passion, if you have the ambition to be rake in achievents as a part of B-rank guild, co and apply now!
Requirent:
1) The «Combat Job» must be high-ranking. The rest of the jobs should be mid-rank or better.
2) If a candidate has applied for «Job Transfer System» and has a high-ranking job in their manifestations.
3) Advanced jobs allowed.
4) If you have applied for «Job Transfer System», but have yet to discover a high-ranking job.
Available Spots: Subordinate guild 5~8.
Duration - Until 3:00 PM, 26th September (Thursday)
Date of Interview - 26th Sept. (Thursday) ~ 27th Sept. (Friday)

Eden will proceed with selection when the recruitnt duration is over. The selected mbers will be invited to group chat. Afterward, once we have everyone's schedule, the interview date would be arranged. Any other details shall be inford to selected candidates via group chat.

Hm. The recruitnt this ti is under assumption that they will surely rise to B-rank.
D-rank and C-rank share the sa 20 mbers limit. The guilds in this rank bracket change quite frequently, and that ans if any guild loses their rank, we would be seeing a constant withdrawal of mbers. It's a asure to prevent it.
Instead, when jumping to the B-rank, the upper limit is lifted to up to 30 mbers.
Eden is using their subordinate guild as a floating boat until their ship sails to B-rank before promoting them.

It's not surprising. After all, any half-hearted determination would only result in withdrawal later down the line.

The academy should be beginning with «Job Transfer» procedure this upcoming weekend.
It would an the candidates would be free of their job, their class. It would be the ti for them to forge their path anew.
It's pretty obvious so guilds would lose their mbers.

And while there will be guilds who would continue to train promising mbers from zero, there would also be many who find lower level mbers as hindrance, or if they're too busy to guide them.

Yeah, and lower rank guilds barely have enough QP saved as well.
Without QP to spend on «Dojo», training mbers from scratch will require significant investnt of ti.
This might have caused many to leave the guild.
Furthermore, there will be relief asures for the low level students. To be precise, the academy will hold classes with focus on levelling for 'new students'. After all, there's no need to go over the course of freshman year again.
Once they're at an adequate level, they can then join their chosen guilds, or they can also re-apply to these classes.
It has its rit if you wonder. It's also a chance for them to rethink their chosen guild.
It would be their mont to join a guild befitting their abilities.

To put it in other words, Eden is aiming to attract these students.

As a fact, seeing as Eden has begun recruitnt, many other guilds who have surplus of QP are also using them as reference to scout at large-scale.
Everyone going through a job change is promised to have a high-ranking job. It's an opportunity any guild with capacity to train new mbers would surely want a part in. And as soon Eden made their move, realising what they're playing at, the other guilds also started taking actions.
