The cup noodles in his room were already finished, forcing him to go shopping anyway.

He called a taxi, got in, and went to one of the most expensive gyms in the area.
He avoided the cheap ones for many reasons. First, they wouldn’t have all the equipnt, and even if they did, there would be only one of each machine, forcing people to wait for their turn.
Secondly, he wanted a trainer, and only expensive gyms had them. Lastly, the expensive gyms would have fewer people and spacious gyms, making it more comfortable to train in.
He bought a month’s mbership of the gym and was then shown a catalogue of gym trainers who were available at the mont.
There were even female trainers, and beautiful ones too. This was a tactic of gyms to attract and retain custors.
Aren chose a trainer boasting experience of around twelve years, a jacked middle-aged man with short brown hair and a slight stubble.
The receptionist brought him inside the gym and introduced him to the trainer. After the trainer showed his agreent, the receptionist left them alone.
"Hi, I’m John." He extended his hand for a handshake.
Shaking his hand, Aren introduced himself, "My na is Aren."
"You can remove your mask and cap, Aren," John said with a playful smile. "It’s not like you are that idol, Aren Frost, right? Hahaha." He chuckled, trying to lighten the mood up a little.
The corner of Aren’s mouth twitched behind the mask, not knowing how to react.
Thinking of the first thing that ca into his mind, he made an excuse: "I have a burn around my mouth and hair. I’d like to train with my mask and cap on ."
John’s smile instantly vanished, and he imdiately apologized. "Sorry, I didn’t know that. Yes, let’s do it like that. It’s up to the custor however they want to train."
Aren just gave a silent nod in response.
"Alright then," said John cheerfully, "Why don’t you tell your goals first? Do you want a lean, muscular body like models, or a jacked one like mine?"
He posed pridefully, showing off his massive biceps and arms.
"I want to mainly improve my appearance, so a muscular body with a lean fra should work."
John nodded and then instructed, "Then get ward up and we will begin. I will give you a diet plan after our session."
After an hour and a half, Aren was slumped on the ground, wheezing like an old man, his whole body drenched in sweat.
"Alright, this is enough for today," said John while writing sothing on a paper. "I have kept today’s workout light since it’s your first day. We will begin the real training tomorrow."
Aren’s eyes widened in horror. ’This was a light workout?’
This was the first ti Aren had hired a trainer, not having enough ti in his previous life to take care of his body. Now that he thought about it, he had really worked like a dog in his previous life.
"You can go take a shower." John said flatly, "I’ll leave your diet plan at the reception; take it when you leave."
Aren hurried inside the luxurious washroom of the gym and took a shower, changing clothes before leaving.
The rest of the day, he spent shopping for groceries. He also bought so cooking equipnt, which would make his life a little easier.
By the ti he reached ho, it was already late, so he went to bed early. His muscles were aching all over his body, so it was easier to fall asleep than on normal days.
The next day, the internet was buzzing with news about him.
AxisPlay officially announced his debut in the final episode of To Your Heart, paying so cheaper dia houses to release articles about him.
This was a tactic to attract the audience to buy a subscription and watch the finale episode, boosting its live viewership and ratings.
Since AxisPlay was a low-tier streaming platform, the average shows on the platform received a live viewership of 100,000 at most; however, To Your Heart was already a hit show and had garnered a viewership of 300,000 in their most recent episode.
They were looking to break their all-ti high record of 1 million live viewers with this final episode, and Aren’s popularity was the perfect tool for it.

Then, other small dia houses followed with their own articles, titled in a similar way to attract people.
The articles all followed a similar pattern. First introduce Aren, his journey, the Ventage group’s rise and fall, and in conclusion, ntion AxisPlay’s To Your Heart drama and his debut in its finale episode.
The articles beca a hot topic in no ti, striking a heated debate. The fans of Ventage were the first ones to react.
