Even though her space was a safe place, she couldn’t seclude herself from the rest of the world. Zombies were not the only thing she would be fighting; there were also natural disasters, blizzards, tsunamis, heat waves, extre cold, typhoons, food shortages, and human greed.
For these reasons, she needed a defensible location. She was glad for her penthouse apartnt. It was on the top floor and was already secured with modern security systems. She had bought this apartnt a year ago after her parents’ inheritance was released by the court after they died in a car accident. Their building had thirty floors and she lived on the top floor.
Each floor only had two occupants and her neighbor happens to be the male lead. He had paid the previous owner of his apartnt to double its value just so he could live on the sa floor as Leng Pan. She only waited for five minutes before the manager ca towards her smiling.
"Miss, I heard you are selling your BMW and buying a Humr; what are your specifications? Also, are you placing your car with us to sell or are you selling it to us directly?"
"Hearing the manager’s words only then did Leng Pan realize that she didn’t need to wait to sell her car and could do it directly.
