"Actually, we do have one, but the tires are not run flat, so we have to replace them."

"It’s okay, I will co back in three days. I believe that is enough to replace the tires."

"Yes, that is enough ti. Anything else miss?"

"Do you have modified RVs?" Only now did Leng Pan rember that they needed to find a way to live once they went to the base as houses were limited. An RV is the best for this situation and if it isn’t corroded by acid rain, it can last for decades.

"Yes, we do; what specifications?" The manager was so happy with this business that he almost couldn’t contain his excitent.

"The sa as the humr. Bulletproof plates and glass. Fitted with a water tank, LPG, solar panels, and other necessities."

"We do have two such RVs. Do you also need run-flat tires for it?"

"Yes, both will be picked up in three days. Can you add galvanization and prir coating on the RV? Or will it take longer?"

"Miss, if we do galvanization then it will take at least five days instead of three."

"That’s okay then, do it, I’ll co back in five days."

"Okay, thank you for your patronage miss." The manager said as he took the black card offered by Leng Pan.

"By the way, can you rent a truck? I’ll return it in a week." Leng Pan realized that he needed a large, covered vehicle to transport supplies and prevent complications of having to rent a warehouse as there was really no ti."

"Of course, I will give you the keys now." As the manager finished speaking, walked to a box beside the door to his office and ca back with a key. He gave the key to Leng Pan together with her black card and said goodbye.

Leng Pan walked out and found the truck without effort. It was dium-sized and could fit two tons of stuff at a ti.

She drove out and headed straight to the wholesale market. She had wanted to shop at the supermarket and make several trips but that would waste too much ti and arouse suspicion. At the wholesale market, she walked into a grain store and imdiately walked to the manager’s office. She ordered two hundred kilograms each of pearl rice, glutinous rice, long grain rice, short grain rice, black rice, and brown rice.

She also ordered one thousand kilograms of white sugar 500 kilograms of brown sugar, and 500 kilograms of rock sugar. Thinking of her list, she also ordered 2,000 kilograms of white salt and 1,000 kilograms of pink salt. She knew she couldn’t buy any variety In excessive quantities, but she knew what she bought could last at least two lifetis.

Since the shop she entered happened to be the biggest in the wholesale market and the quantities she bought were not considered too much as many custors bought up to fifty tons of foodstuff, she wouldn’t raise suspicion.

So, I went ahead and added one ton each of soybeans, black beans, lentils, and yellow beans. She paid and had them loaded in her truck. She knew she was going to have to make several trips. Luckily, the villa she lived in before with her parents was still available and was only a 20-minute drive from the wholesale market. After leaving the grain store while the workers were loading the grains, she went to the next shop selling nuts and seeds. She bought 200 kilograms of pecan, cashew nuts, almonds, macadamia nuts, peanuts, and walnuts. She also purchased the sa amount of pumpkin seeds, black and white sesa seeds, and sunflower seeds.

She moved to the next shop selling oil and bought 100 gallons of sunflower oil, 100 gallons of olive oil, 100 gallons of corn oil, 100 gallons of sesa seeds oil, and 100 gallons of peanut oil. She decided to hire soone recomnded by the store owner to transport the supplies she had bought to the villa. Luckily, the villas were built far apart, and so trucks delivering things wouldn’t draw any attention, so she accepted. They could just offload everything in the yard and she would put the things in her space later. The villa is surrounded by high walls and people cannot peek.

After delegating the transportation duties, she was no longer as burdened as before and decided to buy everything that was needed from the wholesale market that day before going ho.

So, she went to another store selling seeds for planting. When a new era begins after the apocalypse, seeds will be sothing almost unavailable, so, stocking up on seeds is a good idea. She only bought fifty kilograms of each type of seeds available and also had them delivered to the villa.

After she was done with seeds, she went to buy condints and seasonings, also buying fifty kilograms of each and a hundred boxes of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, different types of vinegar, and chili sauce.

She was almost done with the wholesale market and had to go drive her truck to the villa and wait for the other hired delivery n to deliver the rest.

Leng Pan walked to her truck and drove to the villa. She parked it in the garage and went to the front door to wait. She had left the gate open for easy access. When the people delivering the other supplies arrived, they unloaded them in the yard. By the ti they were done, it was already dark and the yard was full of supplies. She paid the delivery n and had them leave. She locked the gate and went back to the yard to transfer the supplies into her space. She didn’t have any shelves in the space, but she made sure to arrange each item in a designated area.

It was already 7.00 pm when she finished everything. She then went to the truck she drove and also stored all the supplies in it. Only then did she get into the truck to drive back to the apartnt? The following day, she couldn’t stay in the apartnt as it would be undergoing renovations, but she needed to talk to Lu Zhen. So, she had to go back today even though it was already late.
