They looked around to find the leader and every ti another predator jumped to attack, they were ruthlessly slamd back into the water.
After looking around for a couple of minutes, Lu Hao finally spotted the leader, who was hiding deeper in the murky water.
"There." He pointed out where the leader was and at the sa ti, the predators launched another attack.
Luckily, Leng Pan’s team was prepared and counterattacked imdiately. This ti injuring a couple of the predators.
"Let’s take it out first then see how the others react." Leng Pan ordered and the people on the two boats got ready for battle.
She pulled her arms wide apart and as her arms moved, so did the water below them.
The water parted creating a dry valley next to the boats, and at the bottom, the leader of the predators was exposed.
It was much bigger than the others with a thicker body and darker scales.
"Woah! What made it mutate or evolve to this state?" Lu Tao asked with his eyes wide open in shock.
This was bigger than the one they had killed the night before.
Moreover, the energy channels on its body were brighter as well, which ant that it was stronger too.
The creature didn’t attack them imdiately but watched with intelligent eyes.
Its gaze was mostly concentrated on Leng Pan. It might have been because it could feel the water energy flowing from her but the next second, it moved.
Its attack was so fast that only an afterimage was left.
Lu Zhen had been watching it vigilantly and as soon as it moved, he also responded in kind.
Flas shot down from his palms created a net that stopped the creatures movent a few inches from their boat.

Without waiting for it to go back, Blaze, Silk, Assistant Yao, Ouyang Jin, Lu Hao, and the others attacked it together.
Wind blades flew, cutting off one of its fins, while a tal spike pierced its side.
Other weapons either made using superpower or physical weapons attacked it simultaneously, causing it to twist in pain mid air while also trying to dodge.
As it kept roaring in pain, the sound vibrated through the air and water causing the other creatures to react as if given an order.
The remaining predators attacked the group together.
"Ouyang Jin, Second brother, hold them off." Lu Zhen suddenly ordered as blades of fla shot towards the larger creature again.
Lu Hao and Ouyang Jin responded instantly and focused their attacks on the smaller creatures.
Forcing them to retreat and not approach their leader.
Lu Tao was busy observing the battle and analyzing the behavior of the enemy.
Of course, no one would take him seriously, however, this ti he indeed ca through.
He had discovered a trait with the creatures as they engaged in battle.

Without giving it ti to recover, Lu Zhen followed with another attack with a highly compressed ball of flas that slamd into the creature like a hamr.
"Rooooaarrr!!!!" The creature roared again in pain and thrashed even more violently.
The energy lines on its body began to flicker intermittently before exploding.
The other creatures paused for a mont after the connection was severed then tried to retreat into the depths of the waters.
However, Leng Pan had no intention of letting them go as she brought down the wall made with water and focused all her energy on the retreating creatures.
She squeezed her hand as if controlling the water molecules and as expected, the water began to compress around the creatures and when it reached its limit, the creatures exploded into thousands of tiny pieces.
