The arena was quiet again, the air thick with defeat, and just as the place was calming down in acceptance of Fp's defeat, soone stepped forward.

"You think this simple show is enough to prove you're a strong force?"

Lynnor stood in the middle of the arena, hand on her hip, casual smile on her face.

Everyone frowned.

Especially, the people from FP.

"What more do you want?" One tutor shouted. "You've disgraced us plenty!"

They were done with all this frustration.

She'd never co here with them, and the first ti she's allowed to co here with them, all she does is drag their na through mud and put them in difficult positions.

Lynnor didn't even turn to look at the tutor who spoke.

She just looked at the opposing academy and smiled.

"Whether I did sothing or not, you were bound to cause trouble with Forsaken Peak."

The tutor from Emperor Dracon Academy frowned. "And what's that supposed to an? You clearly provoked us."

Lynnor shook her head."Why don't we let the person who's at the center of all this step forward?"

She pointed behind her, and as everyone watched, an unexpected character walked in, wearing the blue robes of Forsaken Peak, with grey outlines.

A few eyes widened, while others looked in confusion

"Sylvia?"

Aramith didn't understand how she'd made it there.

The students allowed to represent each group were defined, and no one could be added.

Unless...

"The final mber of Forsaken Peak has arrived after fully recovering from injuries," a keeper announced.

"Lynno, what is the aning of this?" A FP tutor asked.

None of them was aware of this arrangent.

Only Lynnor and Ilthane decided this, as Sylvia was still recovering from the entrance ceremony.

Ilthane saw her talent as much as Lynnor had, and chose her to be part of the group sent to Yumaris.

And permission was requested earlier to allow her to recover before attending.

Lynnor just stood aside while Sylvia went forward to stand before the tutor from Dragon Emperor Academy.

He looked at her in disbelief, while she stared with the serious expression she always held.

"You always want to embarrass yourselves, which is why I left," Sylvia said out loud.

The tutor frowned. "Don't try to give yourself face. We kicked you out because of your terrible behavior."

"If that is the case, then why do you hold a grudge against them? You really removed , then you should have nothing to do with ."

Before the tutor could reply, the other girl who'd challenged Lynnor stepped forward. "Sylvia, you—"

"I don't have anything to discuss with you," Sylvia cut her off.

She frowned at Sylvia. "Stop being unreasonable and co back ho."

Ho?

Everyone other than the Dragon Emperor Academy was surprised.

"This is stupid. Just because soone told you you'd find soone stronger in that academy, you just accepted and left, now look at your mates." She raised a hand and pointed at F.P.

"All of them are weaklings who can't last against us in a fight. Even their teachers are crazy," she pointed at Lynnor, who just smiled.

"I left for a reason, and this behavior shows you are not worth it," Sylvia added more fuel to the fire.

"So their teacher was lying," one spectating student noticed.

"Seems so. They didn't want to admit the truth because it's embarrassing," another nodded.

The other girl was taken aback by Sylvia's words. "Can you sa—"

"Yes, I can say exactly that to our parents! And I won't be coming back anyti soon. Maybe never even! You may be my family, but I seek strength you do not have."

This new developnt surprised everyone.

They were sisters. And she had no intention of returning to her family because...Forsaken Peak was better than the best academy in the Kingdom of the Emperor Dragon, Celestial Fang Kingdom?

This was beyond insulting.

What the others wanted to know, also, was the identity of the girl and Sylvia.

They still didn't know what family they hailed from, but it was clear their family wasn't sothing to sneeze at, as the tutor beca quiet the mont Sylvia's sister spoke.

Sylvia turned around to leave. "A waste of my ti," she said.

But her sister was fuming.

A fiery horn appeared over her head, and she raised a burning hand.

Before anyone could stop her, she'd shot for Sylvia.

So many hearts sank.

"Sylvia!" She scread as she reached her sister with fury burning in her eyes.

Boom!

The explosion kicked out a dust cloud, and so many couldn't believe she'd broken the one rule everyone feared the most in Yumaris.

"You think using force and intimidation can change soone's mind?"

Sylvia's voice ca clear from the dust.

As the dust cleared, deep cracks were visible in the ground just beside Sylvia.

Her sister diverted her attack and struck the ground.

And on the side, Lynnor and the tutor stood together: Lynnor, holding the tutor's hands to prevent him from moving.

"Seems you didn't need to act. How lucky," Lynnor said and let go of the tutor, who was furious, but also realized Lynnor was stronger than him.

He tried to reach out and stop her before she made a fatal mistake, but Lynnor stepped in and stopped him. But she wasn't stupid and stopped right before she struck Sylvia.

Sylvia looked at her like she was a pile of dirt.

"If you try that on others, it might work. But I'm not that kind of person. And though I'm weaker than you, know that it won't be long before I surpass you.

Sylvia glanced at the group from FP, and when she saw Aramith, her eyes lingered over him a little. A small action noticeable by many.

A few glanced at him.

Sylvia turned back to her sister. "I'll agree to a duel with you," she suddenly declared.

Lynnor's face dropped. "Sylvia, you can't—" She paused, glanced at Aramith, then smiled. "Oh, I understand. Go on. Hahaha! You're cruel."

Sylvia ignored Lynnor.

"Well? Do you accept?" Sylvia asked impatiently.

The fire in her sister's eyes dimd for a second — not from fear, but confusion. Sylvia wasn't reckless. And that made her dangerous.
