2nd Day:
A Red Flamingo is burning down the corrupted dog beasts. When the fla was exhausted, several burnt corpses could be seen on the ground.
"Hunting many Tier-1 Corrupted Beasts can make a difference," a female beast tar mutters to herself.
The person is none other than Petra Ross. After getting used to the abandoned ruins on the first day, she has decided to use her lifeline beast to kill more Corrupted Beasts.
Though her talent for fla control is B-Grade, her lifeline beast's fla ability is enhancing her talent as well. So compared to day one, she is killing more corrupted beasts on this day.
"I don't know what others are doing," she thought.
Currently, she is standing in the narrow alley with her lifeline beast, flamingo, fighting against the Tier-1 Corrupted Beasts.
Suddenly, the image of Jeremy Night cos to her mind.
"I'm looking forward to seeing his kill count," she smirked.
Earlier, she and Levy planned to target Jeremy Night in this university as well. Unfortunately, their plan ended in failure, especially when Jeremy Night was given a position as the Striker Departnt Representative.
Including Dean Carolyn, all other instructors' eyes were on him. So they dropped their plan for the ti being. They didn't want to get on the bad side of the dean.
Sooner or later, they will get an opportunity to target Jeremy. With that thought, she joins her lifeline beast to kill the Corrupted Beasts.
Ti passed.
The number of Corrupted Beasts in the abandoned ruins area started decreasing as many of the Beast Tars began hunting more.
So of the Corrupted Beasts tried to leave the area, but they were all driven back by the University Patrol Teams.
Sowhere in the middle of the abandoned ruins, May Lindsey has discovered a roost of Corrupted Giant Wing Bat Beasts. They were living in the underground basent of a large residential building.
She frowned. She was trying to kill the beasts without destroying them because her Ice power is overkill for these Tier-1 Beasts. They were completely frozen upon coming into contact with her.
Whenever she tried to decapitate the head, the whole frozen body crumbled down into pieces. But when it cos to Tier-2 Beasts, she found that as long as she stops after the initial attack, she can decapitate the head without destroying the whole frozen corpse.
Right now, looking at the roost, she doesn't know what to do. If she uses her powers directly, there is a chance of them being destroyed completely.
She then thought of bringing her lifeline beast but imdiately declined the idea. Her S-Grade Ice power is already an overkill. If she brings her lifeline beast, the whole building might get frozen.
She sighs before starting to attack the area. A cold mist starts to cover the roost. In the blink of an eye, those bat beasts hanging upside down were completely frozen.
Thud!
The next second, one of them falls down into pieces. It's just the beginning, and she sees one by one the bat beasts crushed into pieces in front of her eyes.

Victor Scott is in a bad mood. He has been looking around. He has yet to find a single corrupted beast. He could use his lifeline beast to check the area.
But the image of May Lindsey cos to his mind. He knows that May Lindsey won't be relying on her lifeline beast. As an S-Grade Talent, everyone is keeping an eye on both of them.
If they start using lifeline beasts in the competition, it won't be good for their image. After gaining so clarity, he decides to rely on himself.
Ti passed.
The 2nd day ca to an end as well. By this ti, the Elental Departnt had taken the lead. Only the Departnt Instructors knew which departnt was leading.
Since the number of Corrupted Beasts has reduced, it is becoming hard for others to find the beasts.
The following day, the 3rd day of the competition.
Jeremy Night ca out to hunt, but he encountered more Beast Tars than Corrupted Beasts. He thinks that everyone has almost cleared out the Abandoned Ruins.
Now, the extra 3rd day has beco unnecessary. He is going to spend the remaining ti leisurely.
Ti passed in the blink of an eye.
From ti to ti, Jeremy ca across the Tier-1 Corrupted Beasts. But when he found the Tier-1 Beasts, they were being chased down by others.
He gave up. Rather, he decided to take a look at the end of the abandoned ruins. He knows that university patrol teams were stationed there.
About 30 minutes later,
He ca across an unexpected person.
"Hey, you are that loner from the Striker Departnt," a sarcastic voice said.
The person is none other than Victor Scott from the Control Departnt.
Jeremy's eyes flashed with a gleam. He doesn't want to clash as long as it can be avoided.
"Yes, it's . I'm Jeremy Night," he replied.
Victor Scott wore a wide grin on his face. He has been in a bad mood recently. Upon seeing Jeremy, his mood turns better.
Because the person in front of him has the worst position.
"What's your kill count?" Victor asked.
Hearing that, Jeremy frowned. He dislikes dealing with this type of person who likes to look down upon everyone.
"My kill count is small. It's less than 100," he answered.
"Less than 100?" A disdain flashed in Victor's eyes.
He thinks average first-year Beast Tars can kill more than 100 corrupted beasts. Jeremy's kill count disappointed him. He believes that Jeremy Night's kill count consists mostly of Tier-1 Beasts.
But he didn't know that Jeremy had chosen to ignore the Tier-1 Beasts since yesterday.
Jeremy saw contempt in Victor's eyes. He knows that he can't control other people's thoughts, so he simply walked past him.
Victor didn't want to speak with the loner anymore, so he left the place as well.
Their interaction was witnessed by the Departnt Instructors. They don't know the content of the conversation, but everyone realized that Jeremy Night has lost interest in hunting and killing Tier-1 Beasts.
Since yesterday, he has been looking for Tier-2 Beasts.
