At midnight, the corrupted beasts slowly started moving towards the city. The beast tars have already moved back to the city.
All the mbers have returned to the city. The guards and the captains are stationed at the city gate.
The number of guards has increased. Everyone saw the corrupted beasts gathering outside. The beast tide could occur at any ti.
But the whole city is sleeping inside. They weren't aware that more corrupted beasts got closer to the city wall.
The city officials have blocked the dia people. They don't want the dia people to learn about it.
Already, the reports about the increasingly corrupted beasts have alard the people. The Beast Tars were especially called back.
All the missions from the Beast Taming Association and other forces were suspended. It has caused panic among the people.
The Governors didn't release any dia statent. But all the top Beast Taming Forces in the city have asked their mbers to be ready.
They should prepare more life saving items. Many Beast Taming Families were told to ready their basent.
If any beasts tried to attack the city at any ti, they could hide inside the basent. In that way, the casualty can be avoided.

Jeremy wakes up in the middle of night. He then got out of the bed and went to the balcony outside.
He couldn't sleep. The uneasiness had increased. His gaze fell on the sky above the city. He wonders what's happening in the wilderness right now.
Last ti, a terrifying Tier-9 Sky Crocodile managed to enter the skies above the city. The death and destruction from that incident was still fresh in everyone's mind.
It's yet to disappear. Now, the City is facing another crisis. Jeremy Night didn't know the situation of other zones.
If the 5th Zone is having a crisis like this, then what about the 4th zone? There are top three zones as well. The danger faced by those human zones must be on another level.
Jeremy sighed. He is just a Tier-3 Beast Tar. He is feeling this much pressure right now. Then what about others? The higher ups must be experiencing unimaginable pressure.
Especially now one of the governors was dead. He was surprised that the news was not released to the public till today.
If the news were to be leaked, it would cause panic among the people. Jeremy then shakes his head. He then went back to the bed to try to get son to sleep.

Governor Martin and Orion are standing above the clouds. They are looking at the wilderness from the mid air. The corrupted beasts have gotten closed to the city.
But they are not coming out to attack for so reason. Last ti, they dispatched all the Beast Tars of the city to the frontline.
This ti, the Governors had changed tactics. Both of them have decided to wipe out the beasts gathered here.
Last ti, they confronted the Tier-9 beast directly and ended up failing. They let the Tier-9 Beast escape to the city.
The Tier-9 Sky Crocodile had caused death and destruction. This ti Martin and Orion made a smart move.
They are waiting for the 5 Lords to co. The Lords will take care of the beast. To be honest, both the Governors are wary of the new Tier-9 Beast.
It had killed Governor Leon and Tier-8 Beast Tar, Robert Hill. Both of them are strong Beast Tars. They could escape from any situation.
Even if they co across the Tier-9 Beast, they have the ability to escape. Yet both of them died. So they are being careful right now.
There are Beast Tars and lifeline beasts with weird abilities. Similarly, the corrupted beasts have special abilities. Both of them could have died because of this reason.
Right now, Martin and Orion are looking towards wilderness. They are standing here for a reason. They had heard the reports about the human settlents destroyed by the corrupted beasts waves.
Clearly, the Tier-9 Beast now is different. So they have decided to act.

Both of them left the place and appeared in the skies above the wilderness left and right.

The next second, both of them released the coercion. The powerful coercion swept across the place. It imdiately applied on the corrupted beasts gathered in thousands near the city gate.

Upon contact, the beast's body exploded into pieces. One after another, the blood dropped on the ground. It dyed the ground with blood.
In the blink of an eye, one after another explosion sounded. All the corrupted beasts near the city gate are dying quickly.
The Governors were careful not to damage the city gate.

The Tier-9 Black Centipede moved it's massive body. It got closer to the border. But it didn't cross it. The Tier-9 beast felt the presence of the corrupted beasts gathered near the city.
The beast could attack the city at any ti. They were waiting for the order. But before the Tier-9 Beast could do that.
The 2 Tier-8 Beast Tars appeared and started killing the corrupted beasts. The Tier-9 Beast was stunned. Usually, this won't happen. The Higher Tier humans only target them with similar strength.
This ti they have started attacking the kid with weaker strength. The beast was enraged. But it didn't do anything rash. It has intelligence like humans.
It felt the humans could have arranged a trap. It had exposed itself by attacking the human settlents around. Now the human settlents are no more. All the humans are inside the city now.
The Tier-8 Beast Tars could be planning to lure out the beast. The Tier-9 Black Centipede then returned to the unexplored region.
The beasts that died were not total strength. The small team went to test the humans but the Tier-8 humans took action.
The Tier-9 Black Centipede imdiately ordered the rest of the beasts to be alert. They could cross the border at any ti. The beast doesn't want to give humans anymore ti.
The beast is aware of the even more powerful humans. But the beast feels their presence in the city. Since the beast was exposed earlier. It wanted to attack the city before their arrival.
