The film crew finished early tonight, everyone returned to the hotel after eight.
Sumr Sutton didn’t want Adrian Walyon’s arrival to make them the center of attention, so after work, she took a shower and led him to a restaurant alone to solve the dinner issue.
She just wanted to find a place with fewer people, but upon entering, she realized it was set up for a candlelit dinner.
Each table was arranged romantically, adorned with a bouquet of blooming roses and several candles.
"So Mrs. Walyon likes this type of restaurant," Adrian comnted as he entered first, selected a table, and waited for her with a lifted gaze.
Sumr felt awkward, and hurried to explain after sitting down, "An accident! Purely an accident!"
She didn’t know it would be so romantic before coming in.
"There’s no sha in liking such an environnt," Adrian seed to disregard her words.
"I really don’t!" Sumr hastily defended.
Adrian rely glanced at her lightly and began flipping through the nu.
They spent over an hour resolving dinner after ordering several dishes, and Sumr thought it was still early, wanting to take him for a walk, but Adrian insisted on returning to the hotel room.
The reason being, he was leaving early the next morning, making their ti together precious.
Sumr argued that a stroll together was still spending ti, but Adrian dismissed this.
Clearly, what he considered ti together only counted as alone ti.
No interruptions, doing whatever you want, how nice!
Back in the room, as soon as they entered, Adrian scooped her up and headed straight for the bed.
Lying in bed, after hours of entanglent with Adrian, Sumr drowsily rembered: did he rip her clothes again?
This wasn’t ho, and Sumr hadn’t brought many clothes, making Adrian’s free-spirited tearing leave her with not enough to change.
Cursing Adrian inwardly, she finally drifted off to sleep...
Snuggled in his arms, they fell into a deep sleep together. The next morning, Sumr woke early and sent Adrian off to the airport at seven.
After seeing him off, Sumr felt notably relieved.
Without him around, she didn’t need to be so exhausted every day.
Yet, returning to the hotel and seeing the empty room, she felt a slight unease...
The New Year was in a week.
Sumr spent the week with the film crew as usual.
The Walyon Family was very busy before the New Year, with servants bustling in and out, busy preparing festive goods and decorating the mansion, and Diana Wood herself also bustling around in preparation for the holiday.
The Old Master called, asking Adrian to live at ho.
Diana also said that as a mber of the Walyon Family, Sumr should at least show her face during such festivals, right?
The Walyon Family had plenty of servants, so they didn’t need her to help, but she should at least return ho?
During the New Year, a ti for family reunion, not showing up at all, what is that like?
Adrian didn’t respond to them, nor did he ntion this to Sumr.
Sumr continued to be absorbed in her work with the film crew, so busy every day that she lost track of ti.
One day, she suddenly rembered the festival was approaching, close to New Year’s Eve.
Adrian called that night, speaking simply, "Back tomorrow?"
Sumr still had a lot to do with the film crew and hadn’t planned to take ti off for the New Year. She fell silent after his words.
"I’m returning ho tomorrow, I hope to see you there," Adrian didn’t say anything more, leaving her with those words before hanging up.
