Sumr Sutton’s hand holding the phone was burning hot, just like the temperature of her heart at that mont.

Sumr Sutton stared absentmindedly at his na on the phone screen, repeating those three words in her heart, feeling a gentle warmth inside.
However, thinking about this situation made bitterness rise within her.
She had already been driven out, almost with no possibility of returning.
Even if one day the Walyons discovered the truth, regretted the decision they made this ti, still, for soone who has been driven out once, returning was impossible.

Sumr Sutton stared blankly at his na on the phone for a long ti, gazing at each ssage he sent. Although the content was almost the sa, she read them all attentively.
She scrolled to the bottom of the inbox, finished reading all the ssages, yet did not reply to a single one.
Nor did she call him.
Throwing the phone aside, Sumr Sutton left and randomly picked a shop to have a simple dinner.
Two more days passed just like that.
On the fifth day after leaving the Walyon Family, Sumr Sutton took a bus around River City during the day, trying to find a part-ti job to prepare for next sester’s tuition fees.
Returning fruitless from a day out, she gloomily went back to the small motel she was staying at, burying her head as she was about to enter the room, when suddenly an angry shout ca from behind, "Sumr Sutton!"
The familiar voice made Sumr Sutton’s heart skip a beat.
Her back stiffened, and she halted the leg she had prepared to step into the room with.
Adrian Walyon walked up to her briskly, starting a barrage of scolding, "Do you know how long I’ve been looking for you? So many calls, so many ssages, can’t you see or hear any of them?"
"Not saying a word about where you went, don’t you know I would worry? Do you know how long I’ve waited for your call these days, unable to even sleep?"
"Each ti I was exhausted and wanted to sleep, I was afraid you’d call and need when I’m not there. After closing my eyes for just a few minutes, I’d open them again. Do you know how I’ve gotten through these days?"
"It’s just the Walyon Family, what’s the big deal if you can’t stay there? Don’t you know there’s also Sutton Gardens and Morning Garden? Sutton Gardens and Morning Garden are our true hos!"
He continued shouting with every word filled with rage, exploding like gunfire.
Sumr Sutton was stunned by his yelling, looking at him with a dumbfounded expression.
The two of them stared at each other under the night sky, the noise caused by Adrian Walyon’s appearance had drawn a large curious crowd.
Feeling annoyed, Adrian Walyon turned his head and shouted angrily at the group of people, "What are you looking at? Haven’t you seen a husband worrying about his wife?"
He spoke righteously, and the crowd stared at him in surprise as if taken aback by what he said.
This didn’t look like worry; he seed more like he was coming to chop soone up!
Ignoring the crowd, Adrian Walyon grabbed Sumr Sutton’s hand and pulled her into the building, "Which floor, which room?"
Sumr Sutton followed behind him stiffly, her voice small, "1202."
Adrian Walyon dragged her into the elevator and quickly pressed the button for her floor.
