The elevator slowly ascended.
When it reached the 12th floor, there was a beep, and the door opened.
Adrian Walyon walked ahead, arriving at Sumr Sutton’s room, waiting for her to swipe her card.
Sumr Sutton rummaged through her bag and found her room card, swiping it.
The door opened, Adrian Walyon entered first.
Once her body followed him inside, there was a click as he locked the door.
He seed very angry, after entering the room, he undid his jacket, casually threw it aside, and stood at the window with his back to her, irritably unbuttoning several buttons on his sleeves.
Sumr Sutton turned her head, her gaze stiffly directed towards his back, thinking about what he had just said, feeling particularly uneasy inside.
Adrian Walyon had been worried about her these past few days, worried to the point of sleeplessness, hardly eating.
Finding her, knowing she was safe and sound, without any harm, he felt much more at ease.
He called the hotel, ordering two dinners.
After the hotel staff delivered them, he sat down on a chair, eating ravenously.
In all the ti Sumr Sutton had known him, she had never seen him eat like this.
Today, he must have been starving for a long ti, right?
Sumr Sutton watched him for a long ti, feeling even more uneasy inside.
Sumr Sutton herself didn’t have much money, the hotel she was staying at these days was very small, the environnt was quite simple, mainly to save money.
Adrian Walyon finished his dinner and looked around the room, checking up and down, left and right, finding it dissatisfying no matter how he looked.
But he said nothing.
Sumr Sutton was already staying here; what right did he, a grown man, have to complain?
He clearly planned to stay with her here, requiring no invitation from Sumr Sutton. After arriving, he took a shower and then grabbed her hand, letting her accompany him to buy all sorts of necessities.
Clothes to change into, towels and such.
He seed intent on staying with her; he bought quite a few clothes to change into.
Sumr Sutton had no intention of leaving, and he obviously had no intention of leaving either.
After the two finished shopping, they walked back to the hotel, already past eleven o’clock.
Sumr Sutton looked at him ahead and couldn’t help but ask the question on her mind, "You just ca like this, what about ho?"
The matter had blown up this ti, and Sumr Sutton was worried that if she left, and he followed, his grandfather would be furious.
Adrian Walyon turned his head to glance at her, responding gruffly, "Why worry about so much? If you haven’t sorted out your own affairs, why bother about others?"
His tone was a bit harsh, Sumr Sutton froze for a mont, calmly watching him for a while, then suddenly opened her arms and embraced him, "Adrian Walyon..."
Sumr Sutton held him tightly, her head buried in his chest, feeling indescribable at this mont.
She never expected he would search for her for so many days, nor did she expect he would forsake even that ho for her.
He just ca looking, the possible consequences she could imagine.
She was a bit worried for him, but he seed unbothered by it all, so she didn’t want to worry too much either.
Holding him tightly, burying her face in his chest, Sumr Sutton maintained this posture, embracing him for a very long ti.
She didn’t know what the future held for her and him, nor if they had one at all, but at this mont, she wanted to hold onto him, cling to him tightly and not let go.
Without Adrian Walyon, her world would be cold once more.
After all the trouble she had gone through to et soone like him, Sumr Sutton didn’t want to let go easily...
