"It’s not my fault, that man is just a quack!" Diana Wood cursed irritably, rushing into the room to check on Sumr Sutton.
Sumr Sutton’s face was still pale as she lay quietly in bed, sleeping, looking no more improved than when she first arrived.
However, since the doctor had already left, she and the child should no longer be in serious danger.
The child was saved!
As long as the child was saved, that’s all that mattered!
Diana Wood let out a long sigh of relief; she didn’t care about the mother’s condition now and rushed off to grab dicine, taking the stabilizing ds ho to fuss over them in the middle of the night.
The other mbers of the Walyon Family were still in the room standing, and Ryan Walyon had not left Sumr Sutton’s hospital room since arriving.
The Old Master glanced at him from behind, thinking it sowhat inappropriate for him to be here, and said indifferently, "You should go back first."
Ryan Walyon ignored him, his gaze still fixed on Sumr Sutton’s face.
"I said, you should go back first! We’ll take care of this." The Old Master commanded again in a calm voice.
Bryce Walyon was worried about the old man’s overthinking and forcefully pulled Ryan Walyon out of the hospital room.
Upon leaving the hospital and just getting into the car, Ryan Walyon’s gaze swept sharply at him for the third ti that evening.
"Does Sumr’s incident have anything to do with you?" Ryan Walyon questioned coldly, his face hard.
"What does it have to do with ? Didn’t you hear the doctor say? Clearly, it was their family’s carelessness when arranging the food by accidentally adding a mix of stuff. How can you pin this on ?" Bryce Walyon snorted coldly.
"Do you think I would believe that?" Ryan Walyon’s gaze remained icy, not believing a word of Bryce Walyon’s explanation.
"Whether you believe it or not, that’s how it is." Bryce Walyon’s face fell, coldly reminding him, "Besides, watch yourself; Sumr Sutton belongs to Adrian Walyon, not you! Don’t ruin the image grandpa has of you because of her, got it?"
Ryan Walyon just kept his cold gaze on him, ignoring his words.
Bryce Walyon didn’t say much else, ordering the driver to start the car.

Adrian Walyon arrived back in Northtown at four in the morning.
Driving straight to the hospital, he entered the hospital room to find the Walyon Family had already left, with only two maids present.
Upon seeing him enter, the two quietly excused themselves.
Sumr Sutton lay on the hospital bed, still in a deep, drowsy sleep.
Her complexion was extrely pale, like a shattered doll, lying silently on the bed, her breathing so faint it was nearly inaudible.
Adrian Walyon stared quietly at her for a while, feeling an indescribable heartache.
With stiff legs, he finally approached her, sat down by her bedside, adjusted her quilt, and softly called her na, "Sumr..."
Sumr Sutton didn’t respond at all, still sleeping quietly.
Adrian Walyon gently stroked her pale face, feeling particularly uneasy.
"Sumr...," he called her again, his voice hoarse.
