Adrian Walyon stared at him for a mont, handed him the dicine that Lorraine Hughes had soone prepare last night, "I want to know the ingredients in it."
The Doctor understood what he ant and took the dicine back for analysis.
A few dozen minutes later, a phone call replied: non-toxic, all made from beneficial herbs for the human body.
This kind of answer made Adrian Walyon noticeably surprised.
Is she really such a kind person?
Sumr Sutton stood by the window, constantly rubbing her neck.
"By the way, how did you know I was on the mountain last night?" Adrian Walyon looked at her and asked the thing he was concerned about.
"Asked your assistant." Sumr Sutton replied honestly.
"Why did you think of coming up the mountain by yourself late at night?" Adrian Walyon asked again.
Sumr Sutton turned her gaze to him and suddenly thought of Bryce Walyon’s words.
Her lips moved, wanting to say, but she held back at the last mont.
Actually, at first, she wanted to go up the mountain because she heard Adrian Walyon was at the resort hotel with Lorraine Hughes, and felt jealous.
However, later on, her insistence on going up the mountain was more because she was worried about his safety.
Adrian Walyon had previously had such a major accident in London that Sumr Sutton was concerned whether soone was trying to harm him. Him driving up the mountain road alone at night made her uneasy.
"It wasn’t raining when I left..." Racking her brains, Sumr Sutton thought of a better excuse.
Certainly couldn’t tell him that her original intention was to catch him cheating, right?
Adrian Walyon glanced at her, curious about her answer.
Sumr Sutton didn’t know how to respond when, suddenly, Lorraine Hughes’ voice sounded from outside the door, "Young Master Walyon, are you up?"
Sumr Sutton’s gaze stiffened as she looked towards the door, staring fixedly for a few seconds, then glanced montarily at Adrian Walyon beside her.
Lorraine Hughes really was here!
Sumr Sutton didn’t quite believe Bryce Walyon’s words, another reason she ca up was to find out the truth.
Unexpectedly, she actually ran into Lorraine Hughes after coming!
"Hotels are public places, anyone can co." Adrian Walyon explained expressionless, knowing where her thoughts went.
"Did she also stay here overnight?" Sumr Sutton asked.
"Hmm." Adrian Walyon didn’t deny it.
Anyway, they weren’t together overnight, he wasn’t being evasive.
"How many hours were you together last night?" Sumr Sutton pursued.
Her words beca more and more sour, the whole room reeked of jealousy.
Adrian Walyon clearly didn’t expect her to know so much, raising his face, looking at her with so surprise.
His silence made Sumr Sutton grit her teeth.
"Discussing business, with her dad, she ca afterwards!" Adrian Walyon hurriedly explained, afraid she would misunderstand further.
Sumr Sutton took a deep breath, turned her back, not sure if she heard him.
Outside the door, Lorraine Hughes’ voice sounded again without waiting for a reply, "Young Master Walyon, you left a docunt on the dining table yesterday, I’ll bring it over to you."
Adrian Walyon, "..."
Sumr Sutton’s already not-so-pleasant expression stiffened even more.
Worried about him when calls couldn’t get through at ho, and here he was dining with another woman?
"Don’t overthink!" Adrian Walyon interrupted her tily seeing her expression was off, "I had an appointnt with her dad, not her!"
Sumr Sutton couldn’t be bothered with him, walked straight to the door, and jerked it open with a bang.
Leaning against the door fra, concealing her anger, she smiled at Lorraine Hughes outside, "Miss Hughes, appearing so early outside my husband’s room, aren’t you worried about your reputation if a reporter catches a picture?"
