Marriage is your own, it’s not for others, so do you need approval from all those ddling relatives?
With so many people present, Sumr Sutton gave Diana Wood so face and didn’t contradict her on the spot.
Who knew, Adrian Walyon would speak up so coolly and coldly.
"Madam Walyon, what you’re saying makes no sense. My wife isn’t living her life for others, so why bother with them?"
Even with so many people present, it seed like he didn’t see them.
As soon as Sumr Sutton was given a hard ti by Diana Wood, he imdiately shielded his wife.
Whether it’s his mother or his wife, both are close to him, but in Adrian Walyon’s eyes, it seems he only truly cares about his wife.
Diana Wood’s face had turned beet red, and she was clenching the teacup in her hand.
This rascal, twenty-odd years wasted raising him!
"Alright! We’re all family, so let’s not fuss over things that shouldn’t be fussed over," the Old Master said expressionlessly, seemingly not liking the disharmony in the family atmosphere.
Being called out by the two of them, Diana Wood felt sowhat awkward.
What did this an?
She was just giving a reminder, and now she’s beco the villainous mother-in-law?
Since the Old Master had spoken, it wasn’t good for Diana Wood to persist, so she reluctantly drank the tea Sumr Sutton offered.
Breakfast was spent together as a family, and afterward, Adrian Walyon didn’t linger in the Walyon Family mansion but drove Sumr Sutton back to their own villa.
After returning ho, he called over the relevant departnt personnel and did sothing: he transferred Sumr Sutton’s household registration to be on the sa docunt as his.
Looking at the newly issued household registration booklet, he turned to Sumr Sutton’s page and smiled slightly.
Adrian Walyon’s household registration had been separated from the Walyon Family, and the residence address was Sutton Gardens.
Now this booklet only had the nas of him and Sumr Sutton.
This way, they did resemble a small family.
See, now she wouldn’t be lonely, would she?
It was Sunday today, and Sumr Sutton was originally supposed to attend a class in the afternoon, but Adrian Walyon made her request leave.
Spending a whole day alone with him made Sumr Sutton sowhat anxious.
She was a bit scared of him, so in the afternoon, when they were in the living room, she deliberately sat far away from him.
Adrian Walyon gave her a sharp glance, a warning in his eyes.
Fearing he might pounce on her the next second, she had no choice but to obediently sit back beside him.
Adrian picked her up and placed her on his lap, implying, "Does it still hurt?"
Sumr Sutton was indeed in pain, mainly because her bones were sore.
With these kinds of questions, on a normal day, she wouldn’t hesitate to pretend to be in pain even if she wasn’t.
But after last night, Sumr Sutton didn’t know how to respond to him for a mont.
If she said it didn’t hurt, he would certainly press her to continue what they started.
But if she said it did hurt, and he said sothing like he’d be gentler this ti, what would she do then?
Adrian Walyon’s logic was too different from normal people’s, and Sumr Sutton’s cleverness was no match for him.
Not knowing how to answer, Sumr Sutton simply chose not to respond.
However, her silence resulted in Adrian Walyon lifting her skirt to...
He was doing a personal check.
Sumr Sutton stared at him in shock, her face turning red.
In a fluster, she pulled her skirt back down and awkwardly stood up, "What would you like for dinner? I’ll cook for you!"
"You’ll cook for ?" Adrian Walyon seed a bit surprised.
"Yes, I’ll cook for you," Sumr Sutton nodded.
Adrian Walyon squinted at her for a mont, seemingly thinking it was a good suggestion.
He had never tasted her cooking, and although he knew her skills might not be great, he was willing to give it a try.
