Many people have asked , life is already tough, why can’t we find sweet love stories in novels to dilute the bitterness of reality?

I just want to write about realistic subjects, like family and everyday life, so obviously, I’m not going to make much money.
But I feel that such stories have more soul, inspiration is plentiful because most of them can be sourced from life, making it easier to adapt the plot from real life.
At the age of 30 , love has already expired, purely living, less worriso, secure in food and clothing, that is the most important, emotions are not a spice of life but have beco a hopeless burden.
With roommates/brothers, all that’s left are the tedious essentials, no calls, no WeChat, no video, no voice ssages, the only connection left is about children, life has smoothed out the edges, leaving behind nothing but trivial troubles; what sweet stories could soone like write?
With almost zero experience in love and having married my first love, I can’t even write the imagined male god figure, so readers who have read my writings would find my male character developnt quite lacking!
After having children, the pressure followed, I also wanted to chase trends, wanted to focus on earning money, but I quickly realized that I couldn’t overco my inner resistance; blindly following and writing would make lose my direction, turning out completely unrecognizable, the more I wrote, the more alien it felt, I might even lose the feeling altogether.

I can feel this myself, as I try to write in different thes, it is also a test for myself, if I can write them with feeling, I will write more in the future, if not, and if the reader response is also poor, I will reflect on myself and strive to improve next ti.
Looking back at what I’ve written, I realize it’s all nothing, people constantly explore and improve, seeking the tricks to success.
