The atmosphere in the room suddenly beca extraordinarily ambiguous, even the light turned a bit dim, softly illuminating Evelyn and Caden’s faces, revealing her panic and unease, and his assertive dominance.
Evelyn slightly turned her gaze away, Caden’s words echoed repeatedly in her ears, her heart pounding audibly.

Evelyn was both anxious and flustered, her heart had jumped into her throat, feeling as though it might leap out at any mont.
Her breathing was rapid and scorching, as if all the heat in her body was rushing to her head, making her feel like she was about to explode.
What caught Caden’s eye was Evelyn’s bright red ears.
The corner of his lips curved into a pleased and relaxed smile, tightening his arms, pressing closer and more fervently against her.
He lightly kissed her earlobe, whispering softly in her ear, "Madam, do you know how hard it has been to wait, how hard it has been to endure?"
The warm breath fanned over her skin, seeping through her pores, spreading to every part of her body.
In that mont, Evelyn felt as if she were under a spell, her body no longer her own, but Caden’s.
Her body trembled uncontrollably, Evelyn gritted her teeth, lowered her head, her eyes fixed on the ground, her gaze chaotic and uneasy, without a place to rest.
What’s happening?
Why was her every thought at this mont — going along with his desire didn’t seem so bad?
