Chapter 295: The Law Fragnt Holder
The phenonon did not last long. After a few minutes, Janna, who had been deeply trapped in a dream, slowly woke up.

“Which one are you referring to?”

What did she an by “which one”?
Vivian, initially full of curiosity, was stunned upon hearing this response.

“Yes. So far, I’ve already comprehended three ‘Law Fragnts’—the first one, not long after the Three-School Joint Examination.”
For a mont, Vivian thought she had misheard Janna’s words.
“You’re saying—you already comprehended a ‘Law Fragnt’ last year!?”
“That’s right.”
Unlike Janna’s calm deanor, Vivian’s heart at this mont was surging like a tidal wave.

“Purification.”

After Janna’s explanation, Vivian felt truly overwheld.

What remained was genuine comfort.
“Congratulations, Janna. You truly are the most outstanding witch I’ve ever t.”
“Thank you. Now hurry and focus on the lesson, Vivian.”
Feeling the sincerity in Vivian’s blessing, Janna smiled and lightly patted her arm before turning her attention back to the blood sample under the microscope.
“Phew—”
Seeing Janna return her focus to the experint, Vivian sighed silently. After a long while,
she too shifted her slightly unfocused gaze toward the microscope.
“So this is the difference between us…”
She had thought the gap between them was shrinking, but the truth always managed to catch Vivian off guard.
She knew very well that with Janna’s talents, she stood out not only in Duling, a gathering place of Third-Rank Witches, but even in the entire witch world.
However, Vivian realized she might have underestimated Janna’s potential.
“How could a firefly’s light ever compete with the brilliance of the full moon… But, as long as I can stay by the moon’s side, that’s enough.”
“Alright, that’s it for today’s class. You’re dismissed.”
“Goodbye, Principal Anthony—”
“Janna, stay for a mont.”
Just as the apprentices, eager to rush over and question Janna about the “Law Fragnt,” were about to act, they were intercepted by Anthony-Blackcrow.
As Anthony-Blackcrow left the classroom with Janna, the apprentices began grumbling.
“Vivian, did Janna say anything to you just now?”
Watching Janna’s departing figure, Marlowe-Haig, who had been sitting behind the two and couldn’t ask during class, finally gave in to his curiosity and asked Vivian directly.

Seeing the once-arrogant young lady of the Rose Family apologize to him, and guessing the reason for her change in attitude, Marlowe-Haig rely smiled faintly. Then he lifted his head and looked toward the slender figure that had already left the classroom with Anthony-Blackcrow.
