The Director also knew that the majority of the people in the agency didn’t like him, but he could rely on his status to suppress them; otherwise, the Guard Captain wouldn’t have followed him here.
After closing the door, the Director sowhat nervously said to the Guard Captain, "Are you saying that the person who ca to my office earlier was the Chen Ming who’s been the talk of the town lately?"
The Guard Captain responded seriously, "That’s what was registered at the door, but who exactly is underneath that power armor, no one knows."
The Director suddenly beca a bit anxious, his voice rising as if questioning, "How can soone like him be allowed in here?"
