T-Rex clenched his fists, his face alight with determination, as if he could already see himself standing at the pinnacle of power.
Ma Donghe looked at this once familiar person in front of him, feeling sowhat estranged.
At this mont, T-Rex was blinded by desire and ambition, a stark contrast to the loyal and righteous man he rembered.
"You’re not just reminiscing with , are you..."
Ma Donghe furrowed his brows, his eyes filled with wariness.
"You still have so brains."
T-Rex said arrogantly:
"Taking on the Noah Organization is a sure path to death. Now just obediently tell the whereabouts of that murderer waving the Three Wolves Gang’s flag, and I might just plead for rcy to spare you and your brothers."
Ma Donghe’s heart chilled, anger rising once again, and he cursed:
"Do you think I’m as shaless as you, betraying my brothers? Dream on!"
T-Rex was montarily stunned:
"So that murderer is your brother? Isn’t he your superior?"
"Uh..."
Realizing his slip-up, Ma Donghe imdiately clamped his mouth shut, putting on an unyielding deanor.
T-Rex revealed a cold smirk and gestured with a wave of his hand.
A fearso man behind him took a step forward.
Clutching his fist, he readied himself and threw a harsh punch at Ma Donghe’s cheek.
With that punch, Ma Donghe felt his head buzz, a sharp pain across his face, as the strong blow turned it sideways.
Before he could gather his senses, another punch hit his nose.
The intense pain darkened his vision, tears uncontrollably streaming down.
"How does it feel to be a noble big brother? No matter how much you cover up for him, that fake assassin won’t co to rescue you."
T-Rex crossed his arms, looking down at him with disdain and mock.
Ma Donghe spat out a mouthful of blood-mixed saliva towards T-Rex.
At this mont, his mouth was also split open, blood oozing out, but he gritted his teeth, not making a sound.
T-Rex’s face darkened, his gaze becoming even more fierce:

T-Rex noticed the noise and imdiately gestured to his subordinate to stop the impending punch.
In no ti, a group clad in black combat suits stread in, their movents displaying trained agility.
Each person held a firearm, the dark muzzles glinting with a chilling sheen under the dim lights.
One of them, with a robust figure and stern eyes, stepped forward and asked assertively:
"Who is Brother T-Rex?"
Seeing this, T-Rex’s face shifted from caution to a slightly sycophantic smile.
He straightened his collar, took two steps forward, and bowed slightly, replying:
"That’s , are you the reinforcents sent by the organization?"
"I am the Hunter Captain under Lord Shadow, here to coordinate with you in guarding the hostage."
The newcor cut him off succinctly, his gaze hawk-like, falling on Ma Donghe who was tied up securely.
Finishing, he swept his cold gaze around the room and commanded without courtesy:
"Going forward, everyone must be alert; the target might infiltrate this place at any ti."
"Lord Shadow said that if we successfully complete this mission, our team will assist you in expanding our influence in East Capital in the future..."
Upon hearing this, T-Rex’s smile grew even brighter, as if he could already see himself reigning supre over the underworld of East Capital.
He quickly nodded and said: "Of course, with your help, success is guaranteed!"
However, these people in black combat suits, resembling special forces, did not engage much in pleasantries.
Following a signal from the Captain, about thirty team mbers quickly dispersed, systematically setting up their stations.
They moved skillfully and with agility.
So set up lookout points at windows, mounting high-powered telescopes, others placed security devices at passageways, adjusting infrared sensors and motion detectors.
Others road around the workshop, checking for potential security risks, setting up firing positions.
Seeing this, T-Rex didn’t dare delay and quickly instructed his subordinates to start moving:
"Did you hear that? Don’t just stand there, coordinate well, or none of us will co out of this well!"
His n quickly responded and spread out, busying themselves with their assigned tasks.
The entire garbage disposal workshop was filled with a tense and bustling atmosphere.
Creak, Creak.
A grating noise broke the brief clamor of busyness.
Everyone looked towards the sound, seeing high above them, rusty steel cables struggling to turn within the pulleys, as half a drawbridge was slowly being lowered.
The drawbridge looked decrepit, with crude wooden planks, so of which were broken.
The iron frawork was also covered in rust, shedding layers of rust flakes as it descended.
