Now reading: Chapter 547 547: The Great War of Blood and Heaven from Strongest Scammer: Scamming The World, One Death At A Time, a Eastern novel by Grandvoiddaoist.

Han Yu turned to the next section of the book, where the parchnt had grown darker with age and the writing more frantic, as though the scribe had written under the weight of dread.

The title read: The Great War of Blood and Heaven.

He began to read slowly, the words painting an image of a cataclysm that had engulfed the entire Violet Eve World.

The Slaughtered Moon Divine Blood Sect, having grown beyond mortal comprehension, soon reached a point where its existence itself beca a threat to the balance of the world. Their power was absolute.

Their influence spread across every continent, and the light of their crimson moon dimd all others. The heavens trembled, for there was no longer a sect that could rival them. The rivers that once nurtured life ran thick with the blood of the fallen, and even the stars above were said to reflect their hue.

Han Yu felt his heart sink. The descriptions were so intense that he could almost hear the screams of the dying world.

The sect's might grew so vast that even the greatest of sects, clans, kingdoms and Empires fell under their control or were erased entirely. They claid dominion over both righteous and unorthodox paths alike. For centuries, none could challenge them. The Ancestor himself walked the world as though it were his personal domain. His command was law, his word divine decree. Even the heavens grew silent beneath his power.

But then the text shifted, revealing the first signs of defiance that would soon beco rebellion.

It was inevitable that such dominance would birth resistance. One by one, the surviving sects began to unite, setting aside their ancient grudges. The righteous, the demonic, the wandering cultivators, and even the long-hidden immortal families all joined forces under a single purpose—to bring an end to the tyranny of the blood moon.

Han Yu could not help but feel the tension build in his chest. He had read many accounts of wars between sects, but none of them sounded this all-consuming.

When their combined might proved insufficient, they turned their prayers toward the heavens. They called upon the immortals, their ascended ancestors, who had long abandoned the mortal world. For seven nights and seven days, they lit the skies with sacrifice, their blood and incense forming bridges between heaven and earth.

The words seed to tremble across the page as though carrying the echoes of divine wrath.

And the immortals answered.

Han Yu paused, reading that line twice. He could almost imagine the scene: the heavens tearing apart, radiant figures descending amidst burning light.

Their descent shattered the skies. The world trembled beneath their feet, and the light of their presence erased the blood mist that hung over the land. They ca not as saviors, but as executioners, for they understood the price of confronting such power. Even so, the Ancestor welcod them. He raised his blood-forged blade to the heavens and laughed as the immortals descended, declaring that even the gods would bleed beneath his moon.

Han Yu's fingers tightened around the edge of the book. The next paragraphs described the war itself in haunting detail.

The war that followed was the greatest the Violet Eve World had ever seen. The heavens split apart. Oceans boiled, and mountains collapsed into dust. Immortal fire clashed with bloodlight. The Ancestor, alone, stood against the might of the heavens. His power was such that every drop of his blood could give birth to another warrior. The rivers themselves turned into legions of blood soldiers, and the world drowned beneath their feet.

Han Yu exhaled sharply, awestruck and disturbed.

For a thousand years, the war continued. The immortals, unable to kill him, began to despair. He slew their Immortal beasts, shattered their Immortal weapons, and defied even the chains of the Heavenly Dao. Finally, they realized there was no defeating him through strength alone. If left unchecked, the Blood Moon would consu the heavens themselves.

Han Yu read the next line slowly, almost whispering it aloud.

Thus, the immortals made a choice that defied all law. They sacrificed their immortality, burning away their very essence to create the Heavenly Seal—a formation vast enough to shroud the entire continent. It was not ant to destroy, but to imprison. The Blood Moon Continent, and everything upon it, was sealed away, never to return.

He leaned back, stunned by the revelation. "So, that's why they vanished from history," he murmured. "The entire continent was sealed away… not destroyed."

The following pages described the consequences of this act.

The immortals who perford the sealing perished, their nas struck from the heavenly records. Even the ntion of the Blood Moon Continent was erased from history, leaving only vague legends scattered through ti.

Han Yu nodded to himself. "That explains why no one rembers them. It wasn't ignorance. It was deliberate."

He continued reading, where the script shifted once again, now focusing on the internal hierarchy of the sect itself.

The Slaughtered Moon Divine Blood Sect was a world unto itself, designed in the shape of the divine beast that the Ancestor saw in his enlightennt—a beast flayed open beneath the heavens, its bones forming mountains and its blood forming rivers. Though the structure was not a true skeleton, it was sculpted from the very bones of the land by the Ancestor's will. With a single thought, he raised peaks, split valleys, and carved rivers that flowed with his essence.

Han Yu's eyes widened. He had read about great formation masters and Earth Cultivators reshape small areas of land, but this level of alteration was beyond anything he had heard of. To reshape an entire continent, it was simply... divine.

The heart of the sect lay upon the very ground where the Ancestor was first slain and reborn beneath the blood moon. That village, the site of his awakening, beca the foundation of the sect. And thus, the continent ca to be known as the Blood Moon Continent—a land forever blessed and cursed by his legacy.
