"Sky Net? What do you an?" Wu Dinghe's expression was cold as he looked at Jackson, with a raging fire burning in his heart. He desperately wanted to find the assailant who attacked the base. Jackson's suggestion gave Wu Dinghe a glimr of hope, and he was overjoyed, his angry gaze gradually filled with expectation.

Everyone else also looked at Jackson, except for Shijing Ye, who closed his eyes as if he were indifferent to the situation. As the representative of Japan, Shijing Ye's task was simple: to assist Jackson. This made the proud Shijing Ye very frustrated. Why should a top young master obey a cripple who wasn't even considered a man? But due to dostic pressure, Shijing Ye planned to swallow his pride and observe the situation.

Jackson knew Shijing Ye's prowess; in close combat, he was definitely not a match. As long as Shijing Ye didn't cause trouble, Jackson didn't care about his attitude. Both were in the sa boat. During the Eight-Nation Alliance's battle against Luo Zheng in the prival forest, the bloody lesson made Jackson aware of the drawbacks of internal strife. He didn't want to repeat the sa mistake.

"Go ahead, Advisor Jackson." Seeing Jackson remain silent, Wu Dinghe urged him.

"My plan is to appear calm on the surface, perhaps reinforcing key defensive points with additional troops, but not raising the alert level too much at once. Doing so would only make the enemy more cautious," Jackson explained. Seeing that everyone was listening intently, he continued, "The troops should be ready to launch an attack at any ti. Secondly, we should contact your nation to deploy more troops around the periter to form a larger encirclent."

"You an we stay still, secretly prepare to launch an attack, call for reinforcents to encircle, and as soon as we spot the enemy, we attack, ensuring the enemy will flee, and then the periter forces will close in for a pincer attack?" Wu Dinghe asked coldly, looking at Jackson. Seeing Jackson nod, he began to ponder.

"That sounds good, but there are two issues: first, what if the enemy doesn't show up? Won't we miss the best opportunity to pursue the enemy? If they don't co tonight, we won't find them later. Who will take responsibility for that? Second, the enemy moves quickly, our people can't keep up, and they might already have escaped before we even close in. How do we address this?" A major general asked quietly.

"The first issue shouldn't be a concern. Based on my understanding, he will definitely return, and I can guarantee it with my life, so there's no need to discuss it further. As for the second point, it depends on the combat power of the reinforcents. Of course, my people can also strike if you agree," Jackson replied coldly.

Within the territory of Yue Country, without their country's consent, Jackson couldn't directly deploy his troops. There was a sovereignty issue and national dignity at stake. The matter was significant, so everyone remained silent, turning their gaze to Wu Dinghe, waiting for his final decision.

After a brief contemplation, Wu Dinghe said, "The reinforcents are not a problem. We can dispatch the most elite guard troops, but we'll need your satellite intelligence support. I'll contact the chairman shortly. Thirty thousand troops will encircle from the north, south, and west, plus nearly twenty thousand on the eastern border and our own over ten thousand. With a total force of over sixty thousand, if we still can't capture the enemy, where is our dignity? It would be unforgivable not to atone with our lives."

"Understood." Everyone's expressions turned serious. They were surprised at the scale of Wu Dinghe's strategy, feeling imnse pressure. However, thinking about the total forces being mobilized and the combat power of the guard troops, their tension eased a bit, and they resolved to ensure their subordinates remained vigilant.

"Is there anything else to add?" Wu Dinghe fixed his gaze on Jackson and asked.

"Loose on the outside, tight on the inside. The inside is key, needing unified command. After last night's surprise attack, there was a temporary command disruption. There was even a communication breakdown between outer positions and the command center. Such incidents must not happen again. Otherwise, the enemy wouldn't have been able to retreat so easily last night," Jackson pointed out bluntly.

Everyone's faces turned grim. Being criticized by an outsider was unpleasant, and they glared at Jackson. If Jackson hadn't represented Sam Country, weren't wary of Sam Country, they might have already drawn their guns. The national conflict with Sam Country was intense, which wasn't sothing the military wanted, but for national interest, they had to suppress their emotions, tolerating Jackson's criticism.

Wu Dinghe's face also darkened. An outsider pointing out his faults on his turf was humiliating, but considering Jackson's status and the country he represented, Wu Dinghe had no choice but to suppress his anger and coldly asked Jackson, "What do you want to say?"

Shijing Ye, politically astute, sensed sothing amiss but didn't comnt further, maintaining a faint, subtle smile as he closed his eyes. Jackson, purely a soldier with exceptional battlefield skills, however, sowhat naive in politics, continued after Wu Dinghe's inquiry, "The command system must be reorganized to ensure orders reach the smallest operational units promptly. If sothing happens to a particular frontline command post, the command headquarters can take over the troops on that position and issue commands."

"Alright, Chief of Staff, you handle this. Advisor Jackson, please assist," Wu Dinghe glanced at a major general beside him, then finally toward Jackson.

"As you wish," the major general answered readily, looking at Jackson.

Jackson didn't realize the resentnt from others. He was overjoyed to see Wu Dinghe agreed to his suggestion and readily promised, "As long as the command system is perfected, the troops can be commanded with great precision to maximize combat capability. If the enemy appears, my n will charge at the forefront, and your troops can coordinate with mine to ensure we capture the enemy."

"You're saying you want our n to take orders from yours, aning we can't capture the enemy without your help?" Another major general, unable to bear it, protested dissatisfiedly, tension evident in his tone.

Without fully grasping the situation, Jackson thought for a mont and confidently replied, "You're right. The enemy is skilled. Your military should take it seriously. We'll pursue upfront, and your military will cover from behind, providing fire suppression. The chance of capturing the enemy is at least eighty percent."

"Eighty percent?" The major general asked, dissatisfied.

"Alright, that's settled." Sensing the major general's tension, Wu Dinghe quickly intervened. Allowing Jackson's n to charge first was strategic: if sothing went wrong, it was Sam Country's troops who'd face the brunt. If they lost, Jackson would take the heat, and if they won, the glory would be theirs. Why not?
