"Ding dong!" At this mont, a rescue room's light ca on, and everyone heard the sound, rushing up without caring about anything else. Soon, a doctor ca out, took off his mask, and said to the crowd rushing over, "The patient has no external injuries, but the internal organs have been slightly displaced due to shock. There's no threat to life. We're doing ergency treatnt. Please don't worry." With that, he closed the door and went back in.
The doctor spoke in an international language, clearly aware that everyone was anxious and ca out to give so reassurance. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing the news, especially Lan Xue, who quietly wiped the tears off her face, the coldness on her body dissipating sowhat. Beside her, Hong ihua said in relief, "All right, I knew he's tough, don't do anything rash. Whatever happens, wait until he wakes up."
Hong ihua knew of the life-saving relationship between Lan Xue, Ghost Hand, and Luo Zheng, and was genuinely worried these fierce warriors might overreact. Despite being the squad leader of the Fourth Squadron, she knew if anything happened to Luo Zheng, she couldn't keep everyone under control. Now, with things settled, Hong ihua looked toward Ghost Hand not far away but saw Ghost Hand still with a cold face, full of killing intent, and was shocked, walking up to him.
Ghost Hand noticed Hong ihua approaching and spoke first, "Leader, there's no need to say anything. I know the stakes and won't act rashly. It's good that Ghost is fine. If anything happens, you won't be able to hold back."
"I know, and I'm not trying to persuade you, just hoping when the ti cos, don't leave behind. If we're going to act, we'll do it together. We're one team, don't think you're brothers, and I'm not. Nobody's afraid of death." Hong ihua said in a low voice, her words carrying a sense of determination.
Ghost Hand looked at Hong ihua with a complex expression, nodded seriously, turned away, and continued to stare at the host country's President's neck. A Zhongnanhai bodyguard was shot in the head, a staff mber was killed by a venomous snake, and now the Chairman has been attacked by a bomb. Luo Zheng's life is currently uncertain. All these actions must be accounted to the host country's President.
The host country President approached Hong ihua again, apologetically saying, "I'm truly sorry."
"You didn't intend for this to happen, but now that it has, we hope you can give us a satisfactory answer, or you'll bear the wrath of Huaxia Country." Hong ihua said coldly in a diplomatic tone, borrowing the Chairman's words without hesitation.
The host country's face slightly changed, and so host country officials around were looking at Hong ihua with dissatisfaction, seemingly about to erupt. Ghost Hand snorted coldly, calmly moved to Hong ihua's side, his sharp gaze quickly locking onto the host country's President's carotid artery, ready to strike.
"What, are you dissatisfied?" Hong ihua coldly questioned with discontent.
"Can you represent your country?" a military officer asked discontentedly.
"I can represent the people's will of Huaxia Country. What, do you want to try?" Hong ihua retorted unceremoniously, standing firm on matters of national dignity, coldly locking onto the opponent's throat. As the most likely candidate to beco the strongest Spy King, Hong ihua's abilities in close combat were not lacking.
"Stop it." The host country President dissatisfiedly chastised the officer behind him, motioned for him to leave, then looked at Hong ihua with a smile, "I understand your feelings, and rest assured we will try to save all the wounded and offer compensation. As for the perpetrator, we'll give you a satisfactory answer."
"It better be so, we'll be watching." Hong ihua said coldly.
At this mont, Steve rushed over and whispered a few words in the host country President's ear, whose face suddenly sank, looking troubled. Hong ihua noticed the oddity and stepped forward without hesitation, coldly saying, "President, we have the right to know the truth."
"Of course, the truth is still under further investigation, we'll handle it, please don't get agitated, would you patiently wait a mont?" the host country President answered patiently, showing so difficulty.
Hong ihua was no fool, more convinced that the other side had discovered sothing. With a sinking face, she coldly said, "Since you're unwilling to divulge the results, fine, I won't ask. As for what might happen afterward, I can't guarantee." With that, she turned and stepped back.
The host country wavered, wanting to speak but hesitated, finally saying, "When your Chairman wakes, I will personally tell him the truth. You better not act rashly. We will handle everything well, please trust in our ability to manage any crisis."
"You guys?" Ghost Hand couldn't hold back any longer, unceremoniously mocking, "Your chief security officer was used to commit murder, the sniper we caught was caught by us, killed under your tight care, our staff murdered, our security personnel sniped, and explosives were brought in to assassinate our Chairman. Is this your capability?"
"No, these are accidents, we have enough capability to handle it all." The President shouted with dissatisfaction.
"If you have enough capability to handle everything, why did this chain of events occur? I'm now suspecting you deliberately loosened vigilance, allowing the perpetrator to succeed. You're an accomplice in this string of incidents, an enabler." Ghost Hand retorted rcilessly, exuding an intimidating killing aura.
Hong ihua and others, hearing Ghost Hand's statent, couldn't help but eyes tighten, looking toward the President, stepping forward collectively, the atmosphere becoming tense, on the verge of a clash at any mont. The host country President didn't expect Ghost Hand's words to be so sharp, admitting their competence ant blaming them as accomplices, admitting incompetence would lose national prestige, caught in a dilemma.
"Our personnel are all very capable, it's beyond doubt, the reason for this chain of incidents lies in my mismanagent. I'm willing to accept punishnt from you." Steve stepped forward, blocking in front of the President, looked coldly at everyone, slowly removed his pistol, turned it, handed it to Ghost Hand, pointed at his heart, saying, "Co on, if it can quell your anger, I'm willing to die by your hand, and I hope the President won't pursue it. This is the punishnt I should bear."
With the handgun in hand, Ghost Hand knew it contained live bullets, Steve wasn't acting. He turned the handgun, handed it back coldly saying, "If you truly feel guilty, you should commit suicide rather than acting here. Your wife is a spy, your subordinates are spies, over ten years and you've failed to notice, yet here you are speaking?"
"I?" Steve shafully took back the gun, thinking of being exploited, thinking of his wife's betrayal, reflecting on recent events, all leading back to him, filled with sha, he pressed the gun to his temple and pulled the trigger.
