Two hours later, Luo Zheng lay in the trunk of He Guozhu's car, sneaking past the checkpoint along the way and arriving at the underground garage of the Embassy. Lan Xue and the others listened to Luo Zheng's plan and didn't stop him; so things had to be done for Hei Shi's revenge, as long as it didn't involve everyone else. After getting out of the car, Luo Zheng and He Guozhu quickly returned to the office. He Guozhu opened the inner office and saw the State Preceptor with his hands tied behind his back, handcuffed to a steel pipe, and his feet bound with rope, making it impossible for soone of the State Preceptor's skill to escape.

Luo Zheng looked at the dejected State Preceptor, walked up, squatted in front of the State Preceptor, and coldly stared at him, speaking in universal international language: "We et again; who would have thought you'd see this day."

"What of it, you're not going to get away either. Anyway, I've lived long enough; trading my life for yours isn't too unfair." Upon seeing it was Luo Zheng, the State Preceptor furiously struggled, but feeling weak all over, and bound by cold ropes and handcuffs, he said helplessly and coldly,

"You're overestimating yourself." Luo Zheng, disinterested in arguing, turned on his phone's video recording function and said: "Go ahead, say sothing to your country and people."

"What do you want? My country won't let you go." The State Preceptor coldly growled.

"Very well." Luo Zheng turned off the video recording and gestured for He Guozhu to leave, shutting the door behind him. They sat down on the living room sofa; Luo Zheng pointed to the inner room and then to his ear.

He Guozhu painfully shook his head and said: "The soundproofing is good, can't hear the conversation. What's your plan?"

"I need to retrieve Hei Shi's remains. His last wish was to return ho, and I must fulfill it. There's no room for negotiation. You don't need to do anything; leave it to ." Luo Zheng said, sending the video to Lan Xing, dialing Lan Xing's phone number, and upon connection, said: "Send the video to the command center inside Yin Country Palace."

"Got it, what should I do specifically?" Lan Xing agreed wholeheartedly.

"When's the next flight back ho?" Luo Zheng countered.

"Hold on a mont." Lan Xing quickly replied, tapping away at the keyboard and soon responded: "There's a flight to Hong Kong in half an hour. Even though it's one country, two systems, it's still our territory, so it's convenient for anything. There's another flight to Shanghai in two hours; no flights to Beijing today."

"Then Hong Kong it is. Tell them the State Preceptor is alive. If they don't send Hei Shi's remains on the plane in half an hour, they'll see the State Preceptor's corpse, and it will be naked. I'll make their Imperial Family lose face." Luo Zheng coldly instructed.

"Understood." Lan Xing quickly agreed.

Luo Zheng looked at He Guozhu; He Guozhu gratefully said: "The State Preceptor is the spiritual symbol of Yin Country. If he dies miserably on the street, it will be a great blow to the Imperial Family. If he dies naked, it will greatly affect the country's spiritual faith. Hei Shi was just an intelligence officer, not highly ranked, and he's already sacrificed, so there's no need for them to risk taking Hei Shi's remains; I think it can work."

"That's good. If that doesn't work, I wouldn't mind letting the State Preceptor die naked in a high-ranking official's wife's bed—like the President's—it'd be even more impactful." Luo Zheng indifferently said coldly.

He Guozhu was startled but then gratefully nodded and smiled, saying: "Your tactics are ever-changing and thankfully on our side; leave it to the enemy to worry. I have to participate in this; otherwise, I can't explain to my subordinates and myself. I hope you understand."

"Alright." Luo Zheng understandingly nodded and said: "You're Hei Shi's leader, so standing up for Hei Shi is reasonable. Just help handle the external affairs; my plan is simple: use the State Preceptor to force Yin Country to give us the corpse, they'll definitely agree but with conditions, demanding we hand over the State Preceptor."

"Hmm, certainly; what do you plan?" He Guozhu concurred.

"Don't worry, I need to make a remote bomb; you help prepare the materials." Luo Zheng said with a serious expression, asked for paper and pen, wrote a list, and handed it to He Guozhu.

He Guozhu glanced at it and earnestly said: "You may not know, the Embassy has an armory. The materials you need are readily available; I'll go find the ambassador to open the armory, tops ten minutes to get everything. Wait here a mont." He said, getting up and leaving.

Five minutes later, Lan Xing called, saying the video had been sent to the opponent, who demanded the release, otherwise they wouldn't entertain it. Luo Zheng nonchalantly replied to Lan Xing: "Tell them, not releasing is fine, in ten minutes they'll receive one of the State Preceptor's arms, and we'll make the information public, everyone will know."

"Understood; they won't dare take that risk. The State Preceptor affected by a corpse would provoke the populace. This move is brilliant; I'll handle it right away. By the way, Sister Hong ihua has returned, undergoing treatnt. She asked to inform you to be careful." Lan Xing wholeheartedly replied.

"Glad they returned." Luo Zheng said, letting out a sigh of relief; finally hearing so good news lifted his heavy mood slightly, patiently waiting.

Soon, He Guozhu returned with various materials Luo Zheng needed. Luo Zheng took them and went to a side to make the bomb; ten minutes later, Lan Xing called again, saying the opponent agreed to hand over the individual, already on the way to the airport, confirming with the precondition of seeing the State Preceptor to let the plane take off.

"Tell them there's no negotiation; Jackson certainly ca up with this idea. That bastard doesn't care about Yin Country's reputation or prestige. If they don't agree, let's not discuss further; directly spread public opinion, target Jackson, and say he kidnapped the State Preceptor intending to incite conflict between the two countries. Whether it works or not, at least it puts Jackson in a passive position, unable to command the situation again." Luo Zheng coldly said, continuing to busy himself with the explosives.

"Understood." Lan Xing agreed, going to negotiate.

He Guozhu observed Luo Zheng's firm stance, adaptive ability even more outstanding, with ever-changing tactics, couldn't help but smile and sincerely said: "Thankfully, you're on our side; being your enemy would be a painful experience. If you truly target Jackson, he'll surely lose commanding authority. This Jackson is the nesis you ntioned before, right? Having an opponent like you, I genuinely sympathize with him."

"Don't underestimate this guy; even though defeated by every ti, he's the most formidable opponent I've encountered, with very good luck. Last ti at the Palace's back door, I thought he would be there; he's repeatedly escaped critical hits by luck. Such a lucky person is extrely troubleso." Luo Zheng said in a deep voice, continuing to focus on the explosives.
