Half an hour later, the flight took off on ti, taking away Hei Shi's remains. After Lan Xing relayed the news to Luo Zheng, Luo Zheng finally breathed a sigh of relief. When He Guozhu heard the news, he smiled gratefully, bowed deeply to thank Luo Zheng on behalf of himself and his subordinates. Luo Zheng did not dare to accept it and stepped aside.
An hour later, a complicated remote-controlled explosive was completed. He Guozhu, who also ca from a military background, couldn't understand the explosive's power and asked in surprise. Luo Zheng chuckled without explaining, but He Guozhu keenly sensed that the explosive's power was probably not simple and asked, "What do we do next? Is there anything you need to do?"
"The bomb is to be tied to the State Preceptor. You find a way to get him out. By the way, where is the population dense?" Luo Zheng said, looking at He Guozhu.
He Guozhu didn't know what Luo Zheng intended, thought for a mont, and said, "One is in the downtown area, the other is the school. What do you want to do?"
"It's difficult to manage in the downtown area. Find a way to send the State Preceptor back to the school underground garage. Do you have a way?" Luo Zheng looked at He Guozhu and continued to ask.
"That's simple." He Guozhu glanced at his watch and continued, "I'll visit the Chinese teacher at Yin Country University. Didn't the military surround the school before? I had arranged to visit him, just as well, no one will suspect it."
"Okay, you take the State Preceptor with you. This scoundrel killed many of our people, almost got the chairman killed too. He can't be let off easily. Strip all his clothes off, tie explosives on him. I want him disgraced before death, for the sake of the fallen brothers." Luo Zheng said murderously.
Upon hearing that the chairman was almost hard, He Guozhu agreed without hesitation, rushed into the inner room, stripped the State Preceptor of all his clothes in no ti, even taking off every last piece of covering cloth. Luo Zheng tied explosives on him, then put him into a burlap sack, tying it securely at the opening.
"What's the exact plan?" He Guozhu asked, holding the sack.
"You head to see the teacher now. Put the person in the trunk, after you et the teacher and return to the car, give a call, and I'll tell you what to do next," Luo Zheng instructed.
"Understood." He Guozhu asked no more, lifted the State Preceptor, and left.
Luo Zheng waited in the office as ti ticked away. Lan Xing occasionally sent over intelligence about Yin Country, with patrol teams all over the streets. He Guozhu reached the campus of Yin Country University safely, and half an hour later, called to say he was back in the car and ready to withdraw, asking what to do next.
"The underground garage surveillance will be disabled in three minutes. In three minutes, put the State Preceptor under a car so it's not easily seen by people and surveillance. Tell the license plate number, then quickly drive away, be careful," Luo Zheng instructed seriously.
"Understood," He Guozhu responded, and three minutes later, he told Luo Zheng the license plate number under which the State Preceptor was hidden and drove away quickly. Luo Zheng passed the plate number to Lan Xing, instructing, "Quickly post the State Preceptor's hiding place on the Yin Country University forum."
Lan Xing imdiately understood Luo Zheng's intention and agreed. Soon, students noticed a pinned post on the forum, inford each other, and curiously went to the underground garage, finding the naked, unconscious State Preceptor. But when they saw the explosives on him, they backed away in fear.
Seeing the explosives hadn't detonated, everyone curiously took out their phones to take pictures, which quickly spread across forums, threads, and chat groups. Soon, Jackson in the palace command center saw the photos, his face changed dramatically, and he and Mohan quickly led a team to the scene while informing the school security to protect the scene and evacuate students.
Minutes later, Jackson and Mohan saw the naked State Preceptor, who was regaining consciousness, both enraged. A grand State Preceptor, the spiritual symbol, to be humiliated like this was more painful than being killed. Mohan, with a cold face, rushed forward regardless of the danger of the bomb. Seeing the exposure of the State Preceptor's photos, Mohan realized his career was over. If he could defuse the bomb and save the State Preceptor, he might save his life; otherwise, he would be a scapegoat.
Jackson also realized the incident's significant impact and moved forward coldly, observing the bomb carefully, telling Mohan, who was preparing to disarm it, "This bomb is probably not simple. It's best to call in a bomb expert."
"I am the bomb expert," Mohan replied coldly. He had chosen to trust Jackson, yet still ended up like his predecessor, unable to end well. This outco left Mohan doubtful and dissatisfied with Jackson, his tone turning unfriendly.
Jackson paid no mind, continuing to persuade, "I know our adversary; the bomb he designed surely isn't simple. Even if you want to disarm it, it's best to evacuate the surrounding crowd first."
Mohan didn't insist, looking deeply at Jackson, and as everyone retreated, he whispered, "Such a massive incident has tarnished the royal face and the country's dignity. Soone must take the fall. I am the ideal candidate. I can die, but I'm not willing. Could I ask sothing of you? Kill them for ." He looked at Jackson expectantly.
"I promise you, on my honor as a soldier, I will kill them," Jackson instantly understood Mohan's mind and solemnly vowed.
"Alright, you can go. I can handle this alone," Mohan smiled bitterly. Jackson gave Mohan a deep look, rose without hesitation, and walked outside. After Jackson left, Mohan softly said to the weak State Preceptor, "State Preceptor, your current condition is disgraceful to the nation, a fate worse than death, wouldn't you say?"
"I understand your point. Rather than living in ridicule, it's better to die, at least preserving so dignity for the royal family. Do it; consider it a personal sacrifice," the State Preceptor said with difficulty but with determination.
"Alright, it is my honor to accompany you on this path. This bomb is unsolvable; any wrong move on a wire will trigger it, and even if untouched, it will explode in ti. It's brilliantly made—I am powerless; hence I can only accompany you," Mohan smiled bitterly.
The State Preceptor's confused eyes suddenly sharpened, bearing unwillingness and disgrace, slowly closing as he seed to achieve an epiphany, speaking to himself, "Can't countries coexist peacefully? Alas, the ruling party refuses to accept this. May God bless Great Seal Country."
"There are only interests between countries, no coexistence. We shouldn't have offended that powerful eastern neighbor; history has proven that we might temporarily gain the upper hand, but we always end as losers. May God bless Great Seal Country," Mohan also seed to gain an epiphany, closing his eyes slowly.
