From being held hostage to parachute jumping, then rendezvousing with Ghost Team, and finally assisting in completing the mission and retreating, it was truly a narrow escape from death. Facing an enemy many tis stronger than them, no one spoke of it, but everyone's hearts were tightly clenched. After enduring trendous hardships, they had finally retreated to the designated spot and t up with the reinforcents. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief, their spirits greatly lifted, and they ran towards the forest ahead, especially Shan Hu, who burst into hearty laughter. Throughout the journey, Shan Hu had been overwheld by sha and anger to the point of contemplating suicide, but now, at last, there was hope.
When everyone rushed over, the greeting warriors were unfamiliar, and nobody knew anyone, but the familiar faces and amiable greetings completely set everyone's minds at ease. After saluting each other, the other party signaled that everyone was hidden in the forest; he was just the outpost sent ahead and asked everyone to keep moving forward while he stayed behind to keep watch.

"Hahaha, it really is Ghost brothers, what are you doing here?" Farr shouted excitedly, "Guys, it's Ghost brothers, co over here."
"Ghost brothers?" Surprised voices almost simultaneously rang out from different directions as several figures quickly charged over.
"Scholar? Gardener, Monk? Is that you?" Luo Zheng watched in surprise as the people rushed towards him and shouted excitedly.
The brothers, who had been separated by life and death, t again in such a manner that none of them could have imagined; they were overjoyed, hugging each other, their faces full of smiles. Luo Zheng happily asked, "I didn't expect you guys to co rescue ; that's great. We can fight side by side again."
"We didn't know it was you that we were coming to support or that the other party was leading the team until we got here. It's great. We didn't have enough fun last ti; this ti we'll have a blast." Monk said excitedly, his face beaming with joy.
"Cough, cough." A dissatisfied voice said, "This is a battlefield, not your ho. The shouting is disgraceful. Keep quiet and return to your positions on guard."
"Huh?" Luo Zheng turned around in surprise to see a robust soldier, towering and impressive. Luo Zheng turned back to Scholar and the others and asked curiously, "Who's that?"
The faces of Scholar and the others turned solemn, the previous excitent wiped clear, and Gardener quietly explained, "Who knows? Soone sent from above to command us; we're required to follow his orders."
"Huh?" Luo Zheng looked again at the person in surprise then heard the man say discontentedly, "What's your military rank?"
Having been chased by the enemy and narrowly escaping death, Luo Zheng was already holding back a lot of anger. Seeing his brothers in arms, he felt sowhat relieved, but upon hearing the man's arrogant attitude and tone, his anger was ignited, "Who are you?" he asked indignantly.
"Major Song Li of the Northwest Group Army, the overall commander of this operation. Who are you?" the other man demanded arrogantly, his gaze turning unfriendly.
Luo Zheng was sensitive to the Song surna, and upon hearing the man declare his identity, his expression turned steely as he coldly asked, "What's your relationship to Commander Song of the Group Army?"
"Oh? You know my father," Song Li said, sowhat surprised as he looked at Luo Zheng.
Upon hearing that it was soone from the Song family claiming credit upon arrival, Luo Zheng's expression chilled, his gaze turning hostile. The surrounding people sensed that sothing was amiss and looked over. The mbers of Ghost Team exchanged glances and subtly closed in, their looks towards Song Li sharpening. In the military, the strong respected the strong. Luo Zheng had led everyone to complete the mission and survive the battlefield, earning their profound respect. If anyone bullied Luo Zheng, naturally, they would not agree.
"Let's talk this over calmly," Scholar also sensed sothing was wrong and gently reminded.
"Scholar, and you others, I order you to imdiately take your positions," Song Li commanded discontentedly, his unfriendly gaze turning to the approaching mbers of Ghost Team, his expression growing even uglier as his hand reached for his sidearm. He coldly commanded, "Which of you is the captain of Ghost Team? Appointed by the Command Center of the Group Army, I am responsible for commanding this operation. Hand over the docunts to for safekeeping."
Shan Hu had already given the docunts to Luo Zheng. Given that Song Li was appointed by the Group Army and held a higher rank, according to battlefield rules, those of lower rank had to obey those of higher rank. Shan Hu found it hard to object and glanced at Luo Zheng with a solemn face.
If the other party's attitude had been better, or if he hadn't been from the Song family, Luo Zheng might have handed over the docunts. But now the situation was different. Possession of the docunts ant credit, and giving them to Song Li would be tantively handing over their hard-earned credit. This was sothing Luo Zheng would naturally not agree to. "Cut it out." Luo Zheng scoffed coldly, "Stop barking at , who do you think you are?" While others might fear Song Li, Luo Zheng did not; he resented his old enemies, and since the National Blade Special Team did not belong to the military, a Major of the Northwest Group Army had no jurisdiction over him.
"Bring soone, take his gun off him," Song Li, livid, ordered, his lungs nearly exploding as he drew his sidearm, the air heavy with tension.
However, to Song Li's surprise, everyone around looked at him strangely, none making a move. Realizing sothing was amiss, he surveyed the crowd with angry eyes and coldly demanded, "What, you want to mutiny on the battlefield?"
Mutiny on the battlefield was a grave cri, punishable by imdiate execution. Everyone beca tense, exchanging glances, but still, no one moved. Realizing the significance of Song Li's background, Scholar quickly stepped up to diate, hoping to spare Luo Zheng from trouble. He carefully said, "Major Song, this is just a misunderstanding. If we talk it through, everything will be fine. We're all on the sa side, so why resort to weapons? The enemy is almost upon us; let's discuss our strategy instead."
These words only made Song Li's rage boil over. He suddenly pointed his gun at Luo Zheng's forehead and coldly ordered, "Put down your weapon, imdiately."
