Inspired by the scholar's train of thought, Luo Zheng thought of a thod and imdiately ordered his team to assemble. He observed the surrounding terrain and, combining it with the information he had seen earlier, quickly determined a direction to proceed, leading his team on a forced march. Everyone was confused, looking curiously at the scholar. Likewise confused, the scholar wanted to ask, but seeing Luo Zheng deep in contemplation, he decided it was better to wait and find out later.
After marching through the night, the team arrived by a river at dawn and concealed themselves in the riverside woods. The scholar, unable to understand Luo Zheng's purpose, signalled the team to hide before approaching Luo Zheng and asked softly, "Captain, what are we doing here?"
"I've been to this river before, and ard iron boats frequently pass by, mostly Turul's n. I've read Turul's files; they have two teams, one in the Army and one in the Navy. The Navy primarily handles material transport. Let's wait here and see if there's an opportunity. Brothers, prepare for battle," Luo Zheng announced, raising his voice a bit so everyone could hear clearly.
Upon hearing this, the team's eyes brightened, and they all understood, soon checking their guns and getting ready.
After eating so dry food and resting, about two hours later, suddenly, the sound of a motorboat approached. The previously lethargic group instantly rose, tensed up, aiming their guns forward, ready for combat. Luo Zheng looked up and saw soone making hand signals from the treetops nearby. Understanding the signs, one boat, twenty people, he quickly commanded, "Brothers, the ti for revenge has co, get ready."
"Clack." Everyone loaded their bullets and waited solemnly.
"Thud thud thud!" The sounds of the motor grew closer, and soon Luo Zheng saw an iron boat approaching. Several ard militants stood guard on the deck, with a few more sitting in an open cabin, clearly visible and drawing closer.
Luo Zheng aid at the person manning the heavy machine gun on the boat, but then he scanned the area and quickly noticed soone in the cabin with a Single Soldier Radio. Delighted, he tapped a nearby Sniper, whispering, "That machine gunner is yours. Any problems?"
"Don't worry," the Sniper replied calmly, his determined face radiating confidence. The target was only three hundred ters away, with clear visibility and no wind or rain, conditions so perfect that missing would be unthinkable.
Luo Zheng nodded and spoke through his headset, "Brothers, at my gunshot, ensure a swift and decisive battle."
Then, Luo Zheng refocused on the person with the Single Soldier Radio, moving his aim from the back of his head to the exposed radio. Destroying the radio would prevent these n from reporting their situation here. Focusing and calming his breath, Luo Zheng calmly pulled the trigger.
"Whiz." The sniper bullet scread, propelled from the barrel, creating a terrifying energy shockwave over the calm surface of the river and instantly hitting the radio. The radio exploded, emitting black smoke; the bullet's powerful montum not only destroyed the radio but also penetrated into the target's back, causing him to cry out in agony as he fell.
"Whiz whiz whiz!" "Bang bang bang!" Gunfire served as the command; others opened fire, and many on the iron boat fell almost simultaneously. Before the rest could react, a second volley was unleashed, overwhelming the about twenty n on the boat before they could mount a defense.
"Who will bring the boat over?" Luo Zheng shouted.
"." A soldier loudly took the order, quickly dropped his gear, and plunged into the river. Luo Zheng shouted, "Stay covert." As he spoke, he raised the sniper rifle again, calmly scanning the boat, not missing any detail. Suddenly, Luo Zheng noticed sothing moving, quickly adjusted his sniper scope, and spotted soone struggling to rise from the cabin, their mouth sared with blood.
"Whiz!" Luo Zheng didn't hesitate to aim and shoot, regardless of whether the enemy still had fighting capacity; potential threats had to be eliminated to ensure foolproof safety. Through the sniper scope, Luo Zheng saw the enemy's head explode as the body was hurled away by the sniper bullet. He breathed a sigh of relief and continued his search.
Before long, the swimr had climbed onto the tal boat, carefully checked around, and after confirming there were no survivors, controlled the boat over. Watching the approaching tal boat, Luo Zheng breathed a sigh of relief. He waited a mont until the boat reached the shore, then quickly ordered, "Quick, unload the machine gun."
Everyone rushed up and began dismantling the machine gun. So moved the ammunition ashore. Luo Zheng checked the boat and found not only the bodies of militants but also so rice, vegetables, and cooking oil. An idea struck him, and he said, "Get so rice for backup, take all the cooking oil."
Everyone, though unclear about the reason, firmly executed the orders. Soon, they had moved everything needed ashore, and the ammunition carried by the twenty or so militants was also pillaged. Ying, smiling, said to Luo Zheng, "Commander, by hitting Turul's supply line, Turul is sure to be put in a tight spot. If we had a few more hands, we could definitely make a move on this, what's the next step?"
"We keep watching," Luo Zheng pondered for a mont before responding. Seeing Ying's puzzled look, he explained, "Turul doesn't know yet that their supply line has been attacked. We should cause as much damage as possible to force Turul to divide his forces. That way, attacking his stronghold later will be easier."
"Makes sense." Ying nodded in admiration and shouted to his n, "Quick, get ready! Let's act like bandits this ti, strike another blow and see. Now that we've got food and essentials, our days ahead will be much easier."
"Hehe!" Everyone chuckled understandingly and began moving to find new hiding spots.
A mont later, Luo Zheng said, "Send three n, have them take a boat to the center of the river and wait inside, hiding in the cabin. If another ard boat cos by, we'll ambush them from both sides."
"Makes sense." Ying eagerly agreed and quickly nad three n. They set off in a boat to the river center, dropped anchor, left the bodies on the deck unhidden to show signs of an ambush, and hid in the cabin lying in wait for the opportunity.
"Commander, what do you think the next boat will carry?" Ying asked with a chuckle.
"Who knows," Luo Zheng laughed, then suddenly perked up his ears to listen carefully. Seeing Ying about to speak, he quickly made a silencing gesture. Ying imdiately got the hint and also listened carefully, but heard nothing. Surprised, he looked at Luo Zheng, who, after several seconds, suddenly said, "n, be ready for battle. Who's taking the machine gun?"
"I'll do it," Ying said, excited at the prospect of another fight, eagerly responded.
