"Ratatat!" The sound of engines grew closer, and two larger tal boats appeared in everyone's view. Each boat was manned with around twenty heavily ard people, and it seed there were even more inside the cabins. In total, there had to be fifty or sixty individuals—a substantial ard force. The heavy machine guns mounted on the boats, their barrels gleaming with a Death God-like chill, were aid at both sides of the riverbank, each man looking vigilant.

"Do we shoot?" The Scholar asked in a low voice through the earpiece.

Luo Zheng couldn't see inside the cabins and didn't understand what they were transporting, but there was no reason to pass up prey that had co to him. If it had been the beginning, Luo Zheng might have had so reservations, but after capturing a heavy machine gun and thus greatly increasing their firepower, there was no reason to hold back. Moreover, with three brothers still on the boat, they were bound to be discovered—the fight was inevitable.

"Get ready, Sniper, take aim at the heavy machine gun. Wait for the sound of my gunshot," Luo Zheng said coldly, quickly scanning the area. A sniper would handle the machine gunner, freeing him from worry. After searching, Luo Zheng spotted soone with a radio on his back and quickly took aim.

Just then, the lead tal boat approached the one that had been attacked. Everyone on board was drawn to the attacked vessel, even the deck-mounted heavy machine guns shifted their aim. Luo Zheng hadn't expected this windfall and couldn't help but feel elated. His half-closed eyes suddenly burst with a cold gleam as his finger twitched.

"Whizz!" The sniper bullet shrieked through the air, carrying Luo Zheng's surprise and endless killing intent, and barreled towards its target like lightning. It struck the back of the head, sending a spray of blood in an arc. The target was forcefully knocked to the ground; the previous shot had been to take out the radio and block communications. Who knew if there were other radios on board? After this ambush, they would definitely need to change location.

With the gunshot serving as the attack order, The Scholar, who had been closely watching Luo Zheng, opened fire rapidly. The general-purpose heavy machine gun unleashed a maddening roar, its bullets howling through the air like demons released from hell, baring their bloody fangs, ferocious and indifferent.

The Sniper also fired. On the deck, two n operating the heavy machine gun, puzzled by Luo Zheng's shot, hadn't had the ti to react before their heads were blown apart, their brains and blood dancing in the Void under the harsh sun, eerily conspicuous. Their bodies were flung far.

"Ratatat!" The heavy machine gun instantly turned one of the tal boats into a mangled wreck. The people on board had no chance to react and were rcilessly deprived of life by the brutal bullets, their bodies either torn apart or dropping into the river to disappear without a trace. The people on the other boat, not attacked by the vicious heavy machine gun, quickly began to return fire toward the riverbank. They looked towards their gunners, and upon discovering they had been killed, instantly fell into panic.

So rushed to take control of the heavy machine gun, but no sooner had they reached the deck than they were precisely picked off by the Sniper. anwhile, the three soldiers hiding on the boat also opened fire. At close range and with a good angle, their surprise attack struck down the few remaining survivors on the boat that had been raked by the heavy machine gun.

Caught up in the excitent of the kill, The Scholar saw that the front boat was almost taken care of while the one behind was attempting to flee. He swiftly moved his gun barrel to aim and pulled the trigger. The large caliber bullets roared forth, carrying The Scholar's excitent and fighting spirit, rcilessly striking down those hit and devouring lives.

"Ratatat!" The heavy machine gun continued to roar until there was no return fire from the tal boat, upon which it ceased. Luo Zheng, watching calmly, took a breath of relief and shouted, "Sniper, keep a watch on the fire. Brothers on the boat, move quickly, head over and see what we've got."

"Understood." Three soldiers lurking on the ironclad boats imdiately swam over. One of the soldiers climbed aboard one of the boats, carefully peeked around to make sure there were no survivors outside, then with a strong pull of his arm, he rolled onto the deck, gun in hand, cautiously scanning his surroundings. Approaching the cabin and verifying all were dead, his eyes landed on the floor of the cabin.

There was a tal door on the floor. The soldier pulled open this iron hatch and saw many wooden boxes stacked inside. He quickly went down, pried open one of the boxes, and discovered it was full of grenades. He checked the others and found they were all filled with bullets. He was startled and quickly reported his findings through the earpiece.

As soon as Luo Zheng heard it was munitions, his interest was piqued. He instructed the others to bring the boat over. The other boat also turned out to be loaded with munitions, which excited Luo Zheng. This stash was definitely Turul's. After fighting continuously for several days, Turul's losses were not small, and there was an urgent need for munitions replenishnt. Intercepting these munitions ant Turul could not rebound in combat strength.

"This is great," the scholar exclaid, realizing the importance of the munitions to Turul, he excitedly shouted, "Even if we can't use them, blow them up. We absolutely can't leave them for that bastard Turul."

Luo Zheng watched the two boats approaching calmly, deep in thought. Soon, the boats reached shore, and everyone aboard began their inspection. They found nothing but grenades and AK47 bullets, of different calibers, unsuitable for a sniper rifle. Luo Zheng was sowhat disappointed, but seeing the boxes of ammunition being carried out improved his mood.

With so much ammunition, they couldn't possibly carry it all away. Luo Zheng thought for a mont and said, "Take as much ammunition as we need, try to take all the grenades. We can't attack the canyon, but these grenades might co in handy. Does anyone have a problem with that?"

"No problem," everyone responded in unison upon hearing this. Following Luo Zheng's orders, they selectively moved the grenades first. However, there were too many grenades to carry all of them. Leaving them would benefit Turul. After so thought, Luo Zheng decided to have the excess dumped into the river, then blow up the boats in the middle of the river.

Once all was done, at Luo Zheng's command, everyone chopped sticks to make carrying poles, bound the wooden boxes with vines, four boxes per person, and began their retreat. Luo Zheng also carried four boxes. With fifteen people, that was sixty boxes, all grenades, with each person also strapped with several belts of ammunition, marching forward in high spirits.

Confiscating so much ammunition at once was a heavy blow to Turul. Luo Zheng was also excited. Along the way, the group moved at a relaxed pace, chatting and laughing, their mood light. After nightfall, the team returned to the peaks near Turul's lair, looking at the mountain of ammunition piled up, and everyone laughed. Considering they couldn't launch an assault on the canyon, the plan was to bomb it from above with grenades. With so many grenades, they might not kill Turul but would scare him to death.

Seeing Luo Zheng with a serious and preoccupied expression, the scholar couldn't help but ask, "Captain, do you have a plan?"

Luo Zheng nodded, his gaze focused on the canyon. The moonlight was blocked by the towering cliffs, unable to shine down, leaving the area below in dimness, the situation unclear. Throwing grenades into such a high canyon might not work, as they could explode in midair before even hitting the ground. They'd need to strategize carefully on how to fight this battle.
