Inside a secret underground military base in Arctic Bear Country, a middle-aged man, who appeared to be a lieutenant general, entered the conference room. His face was grim as he scanned the welcoming subordinates, who had all stood up. With his piercing triangular eyes nearly closed and emanating an almost imperceptible murderous aura, he took his seat, gestured with his hand, and imdiately everyone sat down sharply in unison, their presence formidable. Judging by their gear, they were at least lieutenant colonels, predominantly colonels, including three senior colonels and two major generals.
"Gentlen, you are all aware of the situation. This is a disgrace, a disgrace to our Arctic Bear Country. This sha can only be washed away with the enemy's blood. Currently, the whole world is laughing at us. The president has commanded us to spare no expense in bringing these people to justice and restore our national dignity."
"Yes." All responded in unison, their expressions solemn, eyes firm and blazing with anger. As soldiers, to have their nation attacked at will was a disgrace, and even more shaful was that their own deploynt of fighters and ard helicopters had failed to beat the enemy. This disgrace would be forever etched in their hearts, and could only be cleansed with the blood of their enemies.
"Who can tell what exactly is going on with these people? And what about that training camp? Why is there a training camp within our borders? The president is extrely angry about this," the presiding lieutenant general said coldly, his sharp gaze cutting across the room like a blade.
All faces grew stern and no one dared to respond. Hearing the discontented snort from the head of the table, a major general cautiously said, "Lieutenant general, sir, these individuals have been identified as military personnel from Huaxia Country. They were the team that won first place in the last global Special Forces competition, and were the only team that withdrew from the battlefield intact and without injuries."
"So it was them," the lieutenant general's face relaxed slightly as he coldly looked around, his expression exuding a fierce disappointnt, and exclaid, "Why wasn't this reported earlier? Also, don't try to change the subject. Why is there a training camp within our borders? Who dares to be so bold?"
"Lieutenant general, sir," one major general stood up, speaking respectfully, "We can demand an explanation from Huaxia Country as to why their military personnel are present within our borders."
The others quickly agreed, deliberately avoiding the topic of the training camp. The lieutenant general imdiately realized the training camp might implicate many people's interests. Further investigation could possibly involve many, potentially leading to a mutiny within the military; he wouldn't even be able to leave the base himself. Thinking to revisit the matter of the camp later, the imdiate priority was to capture those responsible. However, letting it go was not an option. His expression turning cold again, he snapped, "Explanation? Who will give you an explanation? Are you new to the military? Would Huaxia Country admit to it? If it were your n, would you acknowledge it?"
Small-scale conflicts between countries are common, and even when the identities of the opponents are known, they are not exposed; each relies on their own abilities to fight, an unspoken international norm. By demanding to pressure Huaxia Country, they were breaking this unspoken rule. What would happen when Arctic Bear Country soldiers needed to operate in other countries? The general berated him and swept his icy gaze over the others, barking, "The president knows about this issue. Since you have no better solution, starting now, the Snow Bear Special Warfare Team will take over."
"This?" A major general hesitated as he looked at the lieutenant general.
"This what? They've already reached the border, you deployed fighters, ard helicopters, and nearly ten thousand troops to encircle them, and what was the result?" the lieutenant general barked back.
"I made an error in judgnt, positioning heavy forces on the south and east sides, not expecting the enemy to head west, ignoring the risk of exposure. But we still have the capability to change the course of the battle. As soon as my fighters are deployed again, they will definitely bomb the enemies to death," the major general stood up abruptly, speaking earnestly.
"Aren't you ashad enough already?" the lieutenant general looked at him coldly, annoyance evident as he stood up. His chilling gaze swept across everyone present, making them feel a cold draft on their necks as they anxiously lowered their heads. Suddenly, the lieutenant general turned and walked away, without another word.
Everyone looked at the standing major general, growing anxious. Now that the nation's strongest Special Forces, the Snow Bear, were taking over, they would miss their chance to redeem themselves. Who would take the fall for the training camp? How could they extricate themselves? They began to harbor their own worries.
The standing major general's expression turned icy as he looked at the others and said fiercely, "Gentlen, we all know about the training camp and have all benefitted from it. Now, the president wants an investigation, and no one can escape involvent. The best course of action is to capture those bastards, earn rit to atone for our sins, and perhaps secure a chance for survival. Otherwise, you all know the consequences."
"Just tell us what to do," another major general also stood up, his tone cold, warningly looking around. Seeing everyone straighten up, ready to obey orders, he breathed a sigh of relief.
"Gentlen, this is a matter of life and death. If we want to survive, we must capture those bastards first. So, we must deploy our troops and assemble the Special Forces to be sent to the front line as quickly as possible," the previous major general said coldly, waving his fist as he continued, "This is a battle crucial to our survival, we must all work together to overco this crisis."
"Yes." All responded in unison, aware that their lives and those of their families were at stake. No one dared to take it lightly or backtalk, for fear of being investigated imdiately by the president's people and potentially dying right there in the conference room. The man waving his fist was not soone to be trifled with. Having benefitted and implicated in significant wrongdoing, they had no choice but to try to redeem themselves through ritorious deeds.

Luo Zheng was unaware that he had thoroughly infuriated Arctic Bear Country by his actions, intended only to vent his own anger. Using the cover of darkness, they marched swiftly and found themselves at a wind-sheltered slope around five in the morning, where they stopped to rest. The slope was surrounded by sporadic trees, not very tall, and the ground was covered with so bushes. Lan Xue, concerned, said, "The moonlight is bright; the satellite might be able to detect us. I estimate Arctic Bear's helicopters will arrive by dawn. We need to find a way to hide."
"Yes, helicopters are a nuisance, but this place has a wide view and flat terrain, with no cliffs or caves to hide in. Even if we dug trenches to hide, we'd still be discovered, just as likely to et our end," Ghost Hand said gravely.
"Why do we always have to run? We could seize an ard helicopter for transportation," Luo Zheng suddenly said with a serious face, his sharp eyes twinkling with a cunning light.
"Seize a helicopter?" Everyone's expression changed, then quickly turned to excitent. They all looked at Luo Zheng. Ghost Hand, even more eagerly, said, "Bro, we all know you're not one to speak without a plan. You must have a strategy; say it quick. If we could grab an ard helicopter for a ride, we could turn the tables on them."
