"Everyone, follow my command. Aim at suspicious positions and fire at will. If we can't find the enemy hidden in the snow, let's rattle the snake by hitting the grass. We've captured quite a few of the enemy's weapons and ammunition. Each of us has hundreds of bullets, and carrying them is a burden. We might as well use them all up to force the enemy out," Luo Zheng said coldly. The thod was sowhat foolish, but it was still a thod. The freezing weather was not in their favor to wait any longer.

Everyone knew the consequences of waiting further. Hearing Luo Zheng's thod, no one objected. They ambushed an ard transport helicopter, killed about a dozen Special Forces, and captured a large amount of weapons and ammunition. Carrying them was indeed a burden. After eliminating the hidden enemy, there would still be spoils; the Snow Bear's equipnt was only slightly inferior to that of the Special Forces.

"Bang, bang, bang!" Everyone started shooting using the captured weapons, not minding the expenses.

Lan Xue didn't fire. She was firmly locked onto one area where soone had appeared before. Although she didn't know the exact position, she believed that the person was still nearby. Luo Zheng's bullets also irregularly strafed toward that area while he instructed through the headset, "Xue Er, make sure to wait for the opponent to reveal themselves before shooting. Everyone else, fire toward the area I am targeting to force that bastard out. Killing one is killing one; I don't believe the other can keep his cool."

"Yes." Everyone respected and agreed with Luo Zheng's command, focusing their gunfire accordingly.

As a result, the colonel hiding under the snow was put on the defensive. At first, he thought he had been discovered, which startled him at first. When he saw countless bullets hitting nearby, he realized it was a probing fire and let out a sigh of relief. But soon, even more bullets swept through the area, and the colonel knew he was in trouble. He called for his fellow through the headset without getting a response, realizing that he too had been sacrificed. His face darkened imdiately.

Out of his ten brothers-in-arms, now only he was left. None of the opponents were injured—an outco that was not only his disgrace but also a disgrace to the entire Snow Bear Special Forces. If he were to bla, it was his own tactical mistake from the start, finding himself in a passive situation, along with being overly cautious later and not retaliating actively, leading to the annihilation of his entire unit.

Thinking of this, a wave of humiliation and regret surged up. The colonel's emotions started to beco agitated; he beca irritable. His brothers had died; what face did he have left to barely survive? To live and die together, to live and die together, why had his brothers died while he was still alive? He might as well be dead.

"Ahh!" Seeing the reconnaissance fire gradually narrowing down to his hideout and overwheld by guilt, the colonel roared like a wounded beast and burst out of his cover, ready to fight to the death.

True to being the captain of the Snow Bear Special Forces, his robust skills were not to be underestimated. After bursting out from his hiding place, he threw his military bag out, instantly attracting so gunfire, and he madly dashed forward, firing left and right, not really aiming but shooting instinctively as if he knew where the targets were.

On the hilltop, Luo Zheng, seeing bullets burying into the snow not a ter away from himself, was also startled. Snow Leopard and Ghost Hand, who were firing, felt a chill run through their scalps and instinctively ducked for cover. The fierce probing fire was easily neutralized by the colonel, putting them in a passive position.

Luo Zheng was greatly surprised and, forgetting to aim, fired fiercely at the target, not aiming for effect but for suppression. When he saw his opponent roll to the ground and suddenly disappear, Luo Zheng knew for sure that the other must have hidden inside a pre-dug snow cave. He continued firing at the snow, roaring, "Quick, keep up the fire suppression."

"Ratatat!" Ghost Hand and Snow Leopard reacted, their faces ashen. The three of them together had been effortlessly neutralized by the opponent, a significant blow to their pride. Everyone continued to spray bullets towards the suspicious positions.

"Change magazines." Luo Zheng shouted, reminding Ghost Hand and Snow Leopard. He quickly ejected the magazine from his gun and replaced it with a new one, continuing to randomly fire at the suspicious location ahead. Ghost Hand yelled to change magazines and ceased firing, but Luo Zheng and Snow Leopard did not stop, continuing to pin down the target.

At this mont, Lan Xue was anxiously searching the suspicious area. Seeing that the area where the target had disappeared was devastated by bullets and in complete disarray, it was unlikely anyone was still there. She quickly expanded her search radius by over ten ters, and suddenly spotted a black line erging from the snow, unsure of what it was, as no person was visible.

Lan Xue, with her ticulous mind, wondered why there would be a black line on the pristine white snow. Imdiately suspicious, she rapidly adjusted her scope and discovered the black line was a gun, which alard her greatly. She hurriedly shouted, "Quick, take cover!"

"Whoosh!" The gun fired, and a sniper bullet whistled out of the snow, carrying a chilling killing intent as it rushed directly towards Snow Leopard. The bullet emitted a heart-wrenching screech that made it unbearable to watch.

Snow Leopard heard Lan Xue's warning. Although he didn't know why, he instinctively rolled to the side, executing a standard evasive maneuver. As his body was halfway bent, he heard the whistling of a sniper bullet approaching, carrying a devastating sonic boom. Snow Leopard's face paled, feeling as if Death God was upon him. His muscles instantly stiffened, and even his breathing halted.

"Whoosh!" Just as the sound of the sniper rifle echoed, another sniper shot rang out. Lan Xue had taken her shot. Her worry and rage infused into the sniper rifle in her hands. The bullet, carrying all of Lan Xue's worry and anger, roared out of the barrel and into the void, creating a bizarre energy shockwave that instantly burrowed into the snow.

A spray of blood shot out from the pristine snow, erupting like a fountain, bizarre and strikingly beautiful. Everyone watched the scene, seeing the clean and flat snow stained red. They couldn't see the person, only the expanding pool of red snowflakes getting larger and larger.

A stunning shot, a fortunate shot.

Everyone secretly heaved a sigh of relief. They hadn't expected the enemy to suddenly leap out more than ten ters away and persistently hide for an ambush. This level of intellect, perseverance, and tactics was awe-inspiring. If it weren't for Lan Xue's tily warning, Snow Leopard would have undoubtedly died.

Lying on the ground, Snow Leopard didn't want to move at all, having narrowly escaped death. His muscles were sore and his body felt as if drained of all strength. He gasped for air. Although this wasn't his first brush with death, this ti was particularly vivid and terrifying, as if he had shaken hands with Death God himself.

Luo Zheng looked at the striking blood-stained snow, taking a while to co to his senses, feeling secretly fortunate. He greatly admired Lan Xue's sniping skills; truly a master, she usually remained unassuming, allowing him to take the spotlight, but in critical monts, she could save everyone's life. With one shot, she determined fate, and he couldn't help but smile, proud that she was his woman.

"Is everyone alright?" Lan Xue, remaining calm, watched the target area. Seeing no movent for a long ti, she pondered if she had accidentally killed them and couldn't help but feel relieved, asking everyone with concern.
