"Hyacinth?" Wu Jin was taken aback, his expression changing dramatically as he quickly said, "Contact in ten minutes, find a place to hide. Since she has betrayed you, she must have sothing up her sleeve, we must be cautious. I'll investigate imdiately." National Blade had an Intelligence Team, but they didn't have personnel everywhere. So remote areas required assistance from other departnts. Hyacinth was recomnded by the National Security Departnt, and Wu Jin wasn't very clear about her, but he knew one thing: since Hyacinth dared to betray them, it wouldn't be simple. She definitely had a backup plan.

Hanging up the phone, Lan Xue also realized the seriousness of the situation. Her face turned ice-cold, and seeing everyone looking at her, she quickly said, "Stop the car."

With a screech, the pickup truck ca to a stop. Everyone looked at Lan Xue in surprise. Lan Xue scanned the group with a serious expression and said, "This matter is probably not simple. The enemy will definitely pursue us. If we go to the village like this, it will bring slaughter to the villagers. This has nothing to do with them. We can't go there. We need to find a new place to hide."

"Good point, but we're not familiar with this place. Where should we go?" Ghost Hand agreed.

"Simple, head north, to Wata's territory. Two tigers can't share one mountain. As long as we get to Wata's turf, those terrorist organizations won't dare to pursue us any longer. We'll adapt to the situation when we get there." Luo Zheng's face turned cold, and his brows furrowed as he looked off into the distance with an icy killing intent emanating from him. Nearly killed by Hyacinth, Luo Zheng was furious, and now having to dodge the pursuit only fueled his anger more.

Lan Xue could feel the chilly killing intent radiating from Luo Zheng. She patted his shoulder, comforting him, "Don't worry, we'll make a coback, and we must avenge this." Then she looked at Ghost Hand and commanded sternly, "Head north."

"Understood." Ghost Hand didn't argue and climbed into the driver's cabin to drive.

The pickup truck sped along. Lan Xue fell silent, lost in thought, and Luo Zheng pondered the issue of Hyacinth. This person had disguised herself too well, deceiving everyone completely. Was she really an intelligence agent from the National Security Departnt? If so, why did she betray them? If not, why would the dostic forces assign her to help?

The situation was fraught with mystery, oppressively so. Luo Zheng took a couple of deep breaths, trying to calm his restless mood. He glanced at his watch, patted Lan Xue's shoulder—ten minutes were up. Understanding, Lan Xue got the satellite phone ready and dialed Wu Jin's number.

"I've checked, the person is legitimate, not impersonated or replaced. However, we've found that her account suddenly received a large sum of money. Our analysis suggests that she has been bought over by an Arctic Bear spy and has turned into a double agent. The kind who works for whoever pays, involved in a dirty trade for money. There's the shadow of Arctic Bear behind this. Be careful. Has the mission been compromised? Do you need additional support?" Wu Jin hastily explained.

"No need for now," Lan Xue said, not expecting a double agent. These kinds of spies were common internationally; whoever paid, they would sell information to, pledged their services to the highest bidder, working for money without a stance, neither good nor bad. Hanging up, she removed the battery and told everyone the situation.

Everyone was speechless upon hearing about the double agent. Could you expect soone like that to have a stance, a belief? Luo Zheng spoke bitterly, "Luckily, our real mission wasn't exposed. No wonder she's been trying all sorts of ways to probe our mission these past days. She must have been instructed by the Arctic Bear to gather intelligence. Truly, outsiders have different hearts. If I encounter her again, I won't spare her."

"I rember Lucia saying that in two hours, we should reach Wata's territory," Lan Xue reminded everyone. She looked back and noticed a cloud of dust rising in the distance—likely the pursuers. Startled, she urgently shouted, "Ghost Hand, speed up, the enemy is catching up!"

"Or, we find a place and fight back," Mountain Eagle said fiercely.

"No," Luo Zheng cut in before Lan Xue could respond, "We're operating on foreign soil, a direct confrontation is absolutely out of the question. It would blow our cover and attract more trouble, Arctic Bear? I hadn't expected that, it seems Arctic Bear is quite curious about our mission. If I'm not mistaken, Arctic Bear will definitely send Special Agents to thwart our task."

"It's a good thing we didn't leak the mission, or we'd be in trouble," Snow Leopard said bitterly. "That bastard hid himself well, none of us saw through him. Fortunately, Ghost was prepared when we entered the city and brought extra bullets; otherwise, we'd be in trouble."

"I also had a hunch sothing was off with her but failed to find any flaws, so I took the risk," Luo Zheng said with lingering fear, having escaped from the enemy's lair by a stroke of luck. Just thinking about how he almost died in that town made Luo Zheng grind his teeth in anger.

"The enemy is catching up," shouted Snow Leopard.

Looking back, indeed, there were more than a dozen vehicles approaching. Luo Zheng's face turned angry as he shouted, "Stop the car, I'm going to teach these bastards a lesson." As he spoke, he picked up his sniper rifle, swiftly checked it, loaded the bullet, and chambered it.

At that mont, Ghost Hand brought the pickup to a halt. Luo Zheng crouched in the bed of the truck, rested the barrel of the sniper rifle on the sideboard, and quickly aid it forward, yelling, "Two thousand ters, too far, Mountain Eagle, Xue Er, join forces and take out a few of their cars first. Otherwise, we won't be able to escape."

Lan Xue and Mountain Eagle were boiling with anger but, seeing the sense in Luo Zheng's words, quickly set up their guns. Luo Zheng yelled, "Use Incendiary Bombs, I'll use an explosive round. Wait until they're closer before firing, aim for the first vehicle. I'll hit the middle, you hit the sides. Ready, wait for my command."

The two prepared quickly, finding their sniping positions and aiming. They steadied their minds, held their breath, and patiently waited. The distance closed, but Luo Zheng still hadn't given the order to fire. The two remained patient. Soon, the enemy's first vehicle was less than eight hundred ters away, with a wind speed of one and excellent visibility.

"Kill!" Luo Zheng roared.

"Swoosh, swoosh, swoosh!" Three sniper bullets flew in a straight line, whistling through the air with an eerie deathly aura, carving an uncanny shockwave through the void and hitting their targets.

"Boom!" The first vehicle suddenly burst into flas, careening like a headless fly and plunging into a pit on the side of the road where it sorsaulted to a stop, motionless.

Then ca three more shots. Three more sniper bullets whistled out, unleashing terrifying roars as if three Fierce Beasts had brutally struck, flipping the second vehicle and exploding. Great flas instantly erupted, and the people inside had no chance to escape, being set ablaze. The following cars braked sharply and halted, no longer daring to pursue.

Luo Zheng watched coldly and bellowed, "Co on then, don't have the guts? Brothers, let's go."

"Let's go." Everyone vented, shouting excitedly, and the pickup roared away.
