When masters clashed, the line between life and death was thin, and it didn't take long for the battle to end swiftly. Five Snow Bear Warriors were killed, and of the three black-robed assailants, two had died, while one suffered severe injuries; just as he was about to retreat, Luo Zheng shot him in the head. Luo Zheng gestured to everyone through the headset to go down and clear the battlefield. He told them to bring the robes and hoods of the black-robed n but he himself sat down on the ground, deep in thought, with the combat scenario replaying in his mind.

The black-robed assailants, outnumbered three to five, had defeated the renowned Snow Bear Warriors; their fierce knife technique had played a key role. This technique was taught by Tiger King—why did he teach them such a sharp knife technique? Seeing Tiger Girl looking at him curiously, he couldn't help but ask, "How many people have followed your godfather in learning the knife technique?"

"About thirty or so? They ca one after another; so ca a few tis and then never showed up again. The exact number is unclear; I've only seen about thirty," Tiger Girl replied.

"Their knife technique is very formidable. Anyone of them could dominate on their own. Why did your godfather pass on such a powerful technique to them?" Luo Zheng asked curiously.

"What else could he do? They were already skilled with knives; godfather said it was tough to fool them. If he didn't offer sothing genuine, they were going to kill him and . He had no choice," Tiger Girl replied helplessly.

Luo Zheng suddenly recalled that the Japanese excelled in using knives. In front of them, not offering sothing real wouldn't have worked. To restrain these people in the future, Tiger King had co up with this knife technique, which was a well-thought strategy. He chuckled bitterly, "What about you? How many moves could you withstand against such people?"

"Withstand a few moves? Even if I let them have three free hits, they wouldn't be a match for ," Tiger Girl confidently said.

"Huh?" Luo Zheng looked at the confident Tiger Girl, not wanting to burst her bubble, and laughed, "You're impressive, I'm not. Facing one, maybe I could hold out, but over a longer ti, victory is uncertain, barely self-protection is possible."

"Godfather said the knife technique they've learned is already very powerful. Only the Invisible Blade Skill can counter it. You haven't learned the Invisible Blade Skill, so to fight to a draw is already quite impressive," Tiger Girl comforted like an adult.

"Invisible Blade Skill?" Luo Zheng's eyes brightened upon hearing this, which matched his own expectations. He recalled the battle just now and thought that even if he used the Invisible Blade Skill, he might only be able to fight to a draw; there was a chance for victory, but it was a fifty-fifty shot. He imdiately said, "I've practiced the Invisible Blade Skill with Wei Changfeng, the lunatic, for a few months, but I'm still not sure of victory."

"Of course, the lunatic hadn't had ti to learn the ntal thod yet. There are only two people in this world who understand the ntal thod of the Invisible Blade Skill. One is godfather, and the other is . Without the ntal thod, the full power of the knife technique can't be unleashed. The ntal thod involves using intent to direct energy, directing energy to drive force. I can't discuss the specifics," Tiger Girl said with a confident smile.

"So, that's how it is." Luo Zheng realized and smiled, "That's alright. Later on, I'll go learn from Tiger King. If he refuses to teach , I'll secretly pick up a few tips from you."

"No way. Without godfather's permission, no one is allowed to teach," Tiger Girl unapologetically refused.

"Huh?" Luo Zheng, who had just made a joke, didn't expect Tiger Girl to take it seriously. Caught between laughter and tears, he got up as everyone ca over from clearing the battlefield. He took the three Japanese knives that Ghost Hand handed to him and gave one to Tiger Girl, saying, "This one is for you, the other two I'll give to your godfather as a eting gift."

"Great! Those bastards' knives are very good, I've had my eye on them for a long ti. Had godfather not forbidden from revealing my martial arts, I would've taken them by force long ago," Tiger Girl said happily as she took the knife.

"Huh?" Everyone watching Tiger Girl was caught between laughter and tears. Wasn't this child a bit too violent? Was this sothing a thirteen-year-old should say?

"Alright, let's go, everyone," Luo Zheng said as he glanced at the Snow Bear corpses lying not far away and diplomatically moved things along.

Everyone sprang into action, quickly left the scene, and disappeared into the vast expanse of the desert.

...

In the command center of the Arctic Bear Country's secret military base, the Snow Bear, generals and school officers gathered, staring intently at the electronic screens. A group of IT personnel busied themselves with their keyboards, not daring to raise their heads to glance at the frosty-faced major general, the highest commander of the Snow Bear Special Warfare Team.

No one could have anticipated that their elite soldiers, sent on the mission, not only failed to engage the target but instead were hunted down by their would-be allies. What did this an? Even more damning was the discovery through satellite surveillance that five of their elite warriors had been killed by three figures cloaked in black. And, who avenged the dead warriors but the very target they had been pursuing? What did this an?

"Who can tell , what's the deal with those cloaked figures? Why is their blade skill so sharp?" the major general asked with an icy face, emitting an authoritative pressure that made it hard to breathe.

In an era dominated by firearms, it was one thing for well-trained elite soldiers to be brought to desperate straits, but to die under cold weapons made the major general realize one thing: everyone's close combat abilities needed improvent, especially when it ca to the use of cold weapons. However, cold weapons were not their forte, and they must seek out a master.

Having made this decision in his mind, the major general did not show what he was thinking but continued coldly, "Those bastards killed our people. What should we do?"

"Blood for blood," everyone roared. The formidable Snow Bear warriors had been run to ground and ultimately died at the hands of cold weapons, igniting rage in everyone. In their eyes, the Snow Bear warriors' demise was due to running out of ammunition and physical exhaustion, not because they were outclassed.

The major general didn't point out the key issue, seeing that the morale was exploitable, and imdiately with a more serious face, ordered, "Send two Snow Bear Teams over there. Additionally, draw one Special Forces team to assist. We must wipe that damned terrorist organization off the face of the Earth and avenge our fallen heroes."

"Yes!" soone responded loudly.

Thinking of the target still at large, the major general's rage flared, but he took a deep breath to suppress his anger before continuing, "As for those escapees, keep a close watch, find out their true identities. There will be plenty of chances for revenge later."

"Yes!" Another person loudly took the command.

"Major General, what about the disposal of Xinzi?" a major asked sternly.

"Such people should be killed, that's all. There's only one outco for betraying us. Do you need to teach you what to do? Just an insignificant intelligence officer, such a trivial matter doesn't need our attention. Leave it to the KGB," the major general said coldly, his words determining life and death with an air of ruthlessness that left no room for disobedience.

"Yes," the major who raised the question quickly responded.

"A bunch of terrorist organizations actually knows an exceptional blade skill, interesting. Could it be that the people from Huaxia Country went there for this?" the major general muttered to himself, then his eyes suddenly widened as he shouted, "Keep a tight watch on those bastards. I want to know their real purpose, report any move they make to at once."

"Yes." Everyone stood tall and responded in unison.
