Chapter 1037: Anubis’ Fury
“What?” Iskar widened his eyes. Although he had seen how Anubis blocked his attacks previously, this was the first ti soone stopped his Self Sacrifice.
Anubis muttered, “Foolish mortal. You have done sothing even more unforgivable than any murderers in the world.
“How dare you, a mortal, trap the people inside this world? How dare you provoke the underworld and ss around with the cycle of life and death?” Anubis stood up from his seat.
“Hmph!” Iskar harrumphed. He released an even more powerful ability. The resentnt within it was even more powerful.
If it were a normal person, they probably would have gone insane from all the resentnt ringing in their head. After all, this powerful strength ca at a price. While resentnt could be used, it was a double-edged sword.
All the people who used Self Sacrifice in the past would show how tainted their souls were. But this one was different. It was only proper for the cycle of life and death to remain balanced.
In other words, all the dead were allowed to enter that cycle and either lived forever in Heaven or Hell or entered the cycle of reincarnation.
However, what he couldn’t forgive was trapping the dead in the world of the living. The scales unleashed a powerful golden wave, but even with his divinity, Iskar was the one with the upper hand.
He had more ena than him, and the resentnts also boosted his strength.
Even with the strongest force he could muster, the curse energy still remained and continued toward him.

“!!!” Nathan frowned. He extended his hand. To test it, he used the Ti Barrier to block the remaining curse energy coming to Anubis.
Normally, the Ti Barrier would disperse the energy, but with a curse, it could do nothing if the curse latched onto it and just continued. The resentnt kept the energy together after all.
But Qilin activated the power of Heaven, which granted him the purification attribute. As a result, the resentnt got dissolved by the power of Heaven, while the Ti Barrier dispersed the remaining ena.
“What?” Iskar was dumbfounded. He never thought that Nathan would still be able to fight him to this extent. “You…”
Iskar took out a small piece of branch that had been sliced in several places to make it ‘bleed.’ Iskar dropped his blood on it to make it seem as if the tree was bleeding. “Die.”

“Anubis. Don’t worry about .” Nathan smiled, telling him he should focus on the offensive.
“Fighting with quantity? I’m better than you in this area.” Nathan grinned as he summoned two bullets and divided them into 256 each.
“Zhen, Qian, Xun.” Qilin activated three authorities this ti. The Thunder Authority granted Nathan’s bullets the speed of lightning, the Heaven Authority ant purification ability, and the Wind Authority was the stability of his power.
His bullets flew toward the incoming black lights. Just like his bullets, these black lights would fly toward him and reach him. An ordinary attack wouldn’t be enough to stop it because of the Self Sacrifice.
But the bullets had changed completely. Qilin had chosen to drop his softness to all living beings for such a sinner.
