"If he’s coming to our class, it’s none of my business," Ning Aoxue responded without raising her head, clearly uninterested in Su Zi’s suggestion as she continued to read.
"HEE HEE, who said it’s none of your business? I bet this handso guy is coming to see you." Su Zi retorted lazily, sprawled over her desk, looking sideways at the noble and aloof Ning Aoxue, smirking.
Upon hearing Su Zi’s assumption, Ning Aoxue glanced curiously back at Lin Feng, whom she barely knew. "What would he want from ? I don’t even know him."
As Ning Aoxue spoke, Lin Feng stood right outside the classroom. He had imdiately spotted the two great beauties sitting near the window. An innocuous smile on his face, he strolled towards them and knocked on the window.
"See, he’s here! There must be at least a company, if not an entire regint, of guys in this school who secretly admire you. Imagine if you knew every one of them..." Su Zi giggled, slowly opening the classroom window.
"Hello there, who are you looking for?" Su Zi asked, sporting a friendly smile.
"Her... Ning Aoxue," Lin Feng replied straightforwardly.
Hearing this, Su Zi said nothing and turned to look at Ning Aoxue. As Ning Aoxue’s best friend, she was quite familiar with this kind of scenario.
Usually, male students from other classes who ca to Class 18 were looking for either her or Ning Aoxue. Ning Aoxue would coolly reject all suitors without leaving the classroom. Su Zi, on the other hand, would decide whether to give a guy a chance based on his looks.
"Fellow student, what do you need?" Ning Aoxue asked coldly, without raising her eyes from her book.
Sunlight stread in through the window from the balcony. From Lin Feng’s vantage point to the side, the icy Ning Aoxue looked truly stunning, causing him to take a deep breath.
"Could you co out for a mont, please?" Lin Feng asked.
"No," Ning Aoxue responded firmly.
Lin Feng had sowhat anticipated Ning Aoxue’s reaction. He was a complete stranger to her, so it was unlikely she would co out just like that. Otherwise, she wouldn’t be known as the iciest, most pursued campus beauty of Jiangzhou No. 1 High School.
"I have sothing for you. Could you please step out for a second?" Lin Feng explained.
"No need. Why would you give sothing when I don’t even know you? Sorry, but I don’t consider us friends," Ning Aoxue rebutted coldly. Plenty of guys had tried to get close to her using the excuse of giving her sothing, and Ning Aoxue was thoroughly tired of it.
"HEE HEE, handso, that ’giving a gift’ trick is so old-fashioned. Can’t you try sothing new? Our great beauty Ning certainly won’t fall for that..." Su Zi chid in, teasing Lin Feng.
"Uh..." Lin Feng touched his forehead, realizing she had misunderstood. He quickly explained, "Ning Aoxue, I’m not here to give you sothing of mine. You’re with the Student Council, right? Our class monitor, Li Jun, asked to deliver a Student Council docunt to you. Please don’t misunderstand."
Upon hearing this, Ning Aoxue finally looked up at Lin Feng. She didn’t find Lin Feng’s appearance disagreeable, but his tone struck her as sowhat flippant. She frowned. This guy is just like all the others, she thought.
Lin Feng waved the file bag in his hand, looking at Ning Aoxue with a grin.
Ning Aoxue could have asked Lin Feng to pass the docunts through the window, but she was a very polite person. Feeling a little apologetic for her earlier misunderstanding, she stood up and walked out of the classroom.
As Ning Aoxue left, most of the students in Class 18, especially the boys, followed her with their eyes and then noticed Lin Feng.
