Capítulo 1835: Chapter 1286: The Most Luxurious Pharmaceutical Negotiation Team (Part 3)

Huang Jiacai did not answer directly but instead turned to his assistant: “Secretary Huang, please send the prepared materials to everyone.”

Thinner docunts were distributed in front of each representative. The cover read: “K Therapy and X-2 Technology Global Promotion Roadmap (Inclusive Frawork Execution Version).”

“Before you refuse, let first explain Ruixing’s plan.” Huang Jiacai opened the docunt, “First, regarding the cooperation structure: We will not sign exclusive agreents with any company or consortium. Instead, we will establish an open partnership program where any qualified company can apply to join.”

The representatives began whispering among themselves.

“Second, regarding comrcialization: Ruixing will establish a wholly-owned subsidiary called ‘Global Health Solutions Company’ (GHS) to manage the global licensing of K Therapy and X-2 technology. Partners can obtain regional or field licenses through GHS, but all licensing agreents must comply with the unified inclusive frawork terms.”

“Third, concerning pricing and accessibility: We will establish a transparent global pricing database, where all licensing prices and actual patient paynt prices will be public. At the sa ti, we will cooperate with the World Health Organization, the Global Fund, and other institutions to establish special assistance chanisms to ensure low-inco patients are not excluded.”

Huang Jiacai paused, his gaze becoming sharp: “Fourth and most importantly — technology control, the core intellectual property of K Therapy and X-2 technology, production process standards, and treatnt quality control will be entirely controlled by Ruixing. Partners can participate in promotion, distribution, and localization adaptation but cannot intervene in core technology areas.”

“This isn’t fair!” one representative couldn’t help but say, “This ans we bear market risks but have no control over the core technology.”

“But you gain access to the next generation of therapeutic technologies,” Huang Jiacai calmly responded. “According to our assessnt, if K Therapy is fully promoted, within the next five years, the market share of traditional tumor treatnt drugs will shrink by over 30%. Not cooperating ans being eliminated; cooperating ans transformation.”

He glanced around the room: “I know you are used to controlling the overall situation, but this ti is different. This isn’t a fight over market share within an existing structure but a fundantal change in dical models. In the face of change, no one can maintain their original control.”

Schneider’s face turned pale: “Mr. Huang, are you aware that if our six companies unite to resist, promoting K Therapy in the European and Arican markets will be arduous? Without our channels, our dical insurance negotiation capability, our doctor education system, even the best technology will struggle to land.”

“I’m aware.” Huang Jiacai nodded, “But I’m also aware of another point: if Ruixing concedes today and accepts a joint control sche, then this technology will ultimately beco a luxury for the few. This isn’t the original intention of Professor Yang Ping’s research, nor is it the purpose of Ruixing’s promotion. anwhile, let remind you all, the world is vast, and there are plenty of capable partners besides yours.”

He stood up, walked to the window, facing away from the delegation: “Ladies and gentlen, I want to share a statistic: according to the World Health Organization, over 300,000 people die from malignant brain tumors globally each year, with 70% in developing countries. Most of them, throughout their lives, will never have access to the newest products of any company present here. And this is just in the case of brain tumors. As for global tumor data, I’m sure you are well aware.”

Huang Jiacai turned around, his gaze piercing: “K Therapy may not save everyone, but if it can advance dical fairness even a little, it’s worth it. This is why the inclusive frawork is non-negotiable.”

The eting room fell into a prolonged silence.

For the first ti, a fracture appeared in the united delegation — Japanese representative Sato appeared pensive, German representative Schneider frowned deeply, and Arican representative Thompson looked angry but his eyes twinkled.

“We need ti to discuss.” Schneider finally said.

“Of course.” Huang Jiacai nodded, “But I must remind you all: the recruitnt of inclusive frawork partners will officially start in two weeks. We will then announce the first batch of licensing standards and evaluation processes, and all applicants will be treated equally.”

The eting was adjourned, and the combined delegation retreated to the next room for urgent consultations.

Once the door of the next room closed, the repressed argunt erupted.
