He shot to his feet, ready to head outside, but stopped after just two steps and turned back.

Yuan Qi snorted in disdain. Ever since the celebration after Yuan Lang and the others returned from trading for salt, the relationship between his family and Ye Duo’s had been terrible.

How about I go find her tomorrow and bring her to you?"
The witch cald down a bit at that, but the joy on his face was impossible to hide.
"Right, right, the young female must be tired. Let her get so proper rest."
Only then did Yuan Qi turn to the other beastn in the cave. "After revealing her identity as a witch, the young female made a request of us, which she hopes we will grant."
The witch waved his hand magnanimously. "As long as she isn’t asking to leave our Snow Tiger Tribe, we’ll agree to any other request."

And so, an Advanced eting of the tribe concluded just like that. As for the main topic of this Advanced eting, our protagonist, Wu Yue, was currently fast asleep in her soft, grassy nest, snoring away.
What she didn’t know was that, thanks to Yuan Lang’s high-profile water-fetching route, the entire tribe now knew that he had fetched water for a young, Pure Human female.
