The Witch and Clan Leader certainly worked fast. The next morning, just as Wu Yue finished eating, a bruised and swollen-faced Teng Kun arrived with a group of gaunt people.
To Wu Yue’s surprise, she saw many familiar faces among them.
No, more accurately, they were faces familiar to the body’s original owner.

The mountainside up here looked completely different from what Wu Yue had seen before; the forest was obviously much denser.
After walking for a while longer, the group finally reached a relatively open area.
Looking at Teng Kun not far away, Wu Yue said, "Let’s dig the cellar first."
Teng Kun nodded solemnly. "Okay."

Wu Yue instantly whipped her head toward the direction where the Beastn were hauling Salt Crystal Stones and roared, "Yuan Lang, you bastard! I’m going to break three of your legs!"
Teng Kun, who was standing nearby, rubbed his nose. In the past, hearing a line like that would have definitely made their minds wander sowhere inappropriate, but now...
For a tiger, which has four legs to begin with, breaking three of them was no big deal.
