"I’m wrong? Where did I go wrong?" An Hao was sowhat confused by his statent.
"There’s a saying, ’In the lover’s eyes, everyone is beautiful.’ In your eyes, I’m a treasure, but in others’ eyes, I might not be considered much. But it doesn’t matter, I just want to be the treasure in your eyes." Qin Jian smiled, his lips curling up.
"Good girl." An Hao leaned in and left a kiss on the corner of his lips like a dragonfly skimming water, "However, I really feel sorry for Guan Qing. Hen Zhiyuan doesn’t even know what kind of mindset he’s in when facing her. If he likes Guan Qing, he could just ask for a divorce and then marry her openly. What’s the use of pushing a general’s daughter into such a despised position? I think Hen Zhiyuan is not a good person."
"What if Guan Qing is willing?" Qin Jian sighed lightly, "These things are always about mutual consent. Just like you and , I love you and am willing to give you everything. Including my heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys."
"I don’t want parts of your body. Just let them continue to grow in you," An Hao said. After a mont of thought, she spoke to Qin Jian again, "I see that Guan Qing is not soone to be trifled with. It feels like she has a grudge against ."
"Don’t be afraid. I’m by your side! I will absolutely not allow her to hurt you, not even a little." Qin Jian gently wrapped his arm around her. If Guan Qing were sensible, she wouldn’t do anything out of line.
"I think she’ll protect Hen Zhiyuan. But if she can’t protect him, who knows, she might seek revenge ..." Guan Qing’s tone and look were quite frightening when she warned her, sending a chill through An Hao, making her shiver inexplicably.
She felt that Guan Qing might not give up so easily.
"If I were Guan Qing, I would have wished for Hen Zhiyuan to change his profession." Qin Jian said.
"Why?" An Hao was puzzled.
"After Hen Zhiyuan retires from the military, he’s no longer a soldier.
