"That couldn’t be better." An Hao breathed a sigh of relief, "Where’s Dad? Leaving him alone for half a day, can you really be at ease?"

"There’s soone with him. Absolutely no need to worry!" An Ping said with a slight smile.

"Erzhuzi?"

"Sis, you really can’t guess." An Ping said aningfully, "Can you believe that a person can change so dramatically?"

"Are you talking about An Hui?"

"Yes." An Ping nodded, sowhat excited as he spoke, "This guy, who knows what got into him. Since the last ti he treated us, he’s completely changed. He often cos to our company to help out, frequently buys things to visit Dad! He keeps him company, chats, plays chess, and sits there for half a day. This ti for the check-up, he volunteered to accompany him, even paid the examination fee."

"A prodigal returning ho?" An Hao couldn’t have imagined.

"Who knows. But after observing him for more than a month, I genuinely feel he’s trying to reconcile with our family..."

"Could it be that he’s after your company?" Faced with such family mbers, An Hao would rather think of the worst first.

"Definitely not. Every ti he cos around, he starts with the hardest and most tiring tasks! When it cos to accounts and clients, he never asks or investigates, and after finishing, he goes to keep Dad company." An Ping explained leisurely.

"Could it be he’s truly changed for the better?" If so, it would be a trendous blessing for An Hao’s family.

Family mbers should support and assist each other. No one wants the previous situation to return.

"I also think it’s possible. Sis, if he can truly change for the better, then it’s ti to change our attitude towards him, right?" An Ping asked.

He felt having another family mber is always better than having an enemy.

"Of course. Let’s go check on Dad." An Hao patted An Ping’s shoulder, and the siblings headed off to see their father.

Hospital lobby rest area.

An Hui just ca back with steaming buns and handed them to An Shuchao: "Uncle, after a whole morning of check-ups, you must be tired. Have sothing to eat to fill your stomach a bit. When An Ping cos back, I’ll take both of you to lunch."

"An Hui, you’ve been so helpful recently. I don’t have much going on here, and you should find ti to help your parents more." An Shuchao said, feeling a bit guilty.

"Listen to you. We’re family, after all. It was my ignorance before. Thanks to Sister An Hao’s guidance, I’ve learned to repent. In this world, having another family mber is always a good thing. Uncle, rest assured, I won’t ss around anymore! I’ll live my life properly." An Hui spoke with genuine emotion, which moved An Shuchao greatly.

"That’s wonderful. If you have this mindset, our days will surely be good." An Shuchao nodded happily.

"Enough talk, Uncle, eat the buns quickly, or they’ll get cold." An Hui carefully took out the buns and handed them to him.

This scene just happened to catch An Hao’s eye.

If she hadn’t seen it for herself, she wouldn’t have imagined or believed it.

"Sis, see, I wasn’t lying to you, seeing believes." An Ping said.

"Truly surprising." An Hao’s mouth inadvertently showed a hint of a smile.

An Shuchao ate the buns and looked up, discovering the siblings standing not far away.
