He knows that divine beings don’t like the rank 5 cultivators of their pathways, so he doesn’t plan to help any rank 5 cultivator steal the divine position of another divine being. That way, he won’t draw the ire of the collective group of divine beings.
Instead, he is only planning to help create new Divine Positions. And while he knows that not many rank 5 cultivators will sign up because they are afraid of him, and that even of the few that sign up, even fewer of them will succeed in transforming their mutated Life Ability into a Divine tac for various reasons, there is nothing for him to lose by offering this service.
His ultimate goal is to eat the rank 5 cultivators who succeed and gain their Divine tacs. That bit of lifespan that he is asking for is just bait to lure his prey in.
But even if the prey fail to ascend, he can still eat the small world they planned to use, if where they failed was at the point of transforming their mutated Life Abilities into Divine tacs.
After writing the description of the mission, he posted it. With that done, he turned to Hammock.
Hammock was still a little bit disoriented from the tug of war that Loki and the will of the world had executed on his mind. His mind had sustained so damage, which was why he had gone crazy earlier.
He has been able to rest his mind and recover from the damage. But his mind is still fragile, which is why he has an exaggerated reaction of denial about the living creatures in Loki’s Cave Heaven.
He keeps saying, "This can’t be good. Mortal living creatures shouldn’t be in a Cave Heaven. They are too chaotic for the Cave Heaven. Only spirit creatures should be in a Cave Heaven."
Loki shrugged and said, "In ti, he will need. And if he doesn’t heal, that’s fine too. I don’t really need him for his mind. As long as his body is intact, everything will be fine."
As he said this, he activated the Power Identification Ability on Hammock.
Race: Colossal Ant
Available Lifespan: 1,148 years.
Cultivation Rank: 6
Cave Heaven: 98 million square kiloters
Body: 6
Soul: 5.5
Mind: 5.5
Will: 6
Insight: 6
Law Fragnt(Amplification): 324,108 (500%)
DIVINE TAC(RANK): Hive Mind(6)
Loki looked through this list of data and noted four things. The first thing that he noted was that the total amount of lifespan that the heart of the world had was also 1,148 years.
Now that Hammock also possessed this exact sa amount of lifespan, he realized sothing which made him say, "Does this an that world kings have access to the store of lifespan of a world heart and can use it to fight?"
"But what will happen if a world king runs out of lifespan and dies? Won’t that also an that the world’s heart will run out of lifespan? So will the world die when the world king also dies?"
In order to find the answer to these questions, he checked the world heart. He used Fenrir to borrow the power of the world heart again to see how much connection it had with Hammock.
Upon checking, he discovered that Hammock and the heart of the world are indeed linked and that Hammock can use this connection to access the store of lifespan in the heart of the world.
But he also discovered that the heart of the world was the master of this connection and could cut off the access to the lifespan of the world king at any ti. This way, the world doesn’t have to run out of lifespan before the world king dies.
So he nodded and said, "This must be why world kings die of old age. When the world is dissatisfied with them, it can cut them off and let them die. Then it can select a better candidate to take the place of the world king."
The second thing that he noted was that the symbol of authority within Hammock is actually a Divine tac called the Hive Mind tac.
When he saw this, he said, "So mutated Life Abilities beco Divine tacs the way I created my own Divine tac. They still need to sacrifice another Divine tac before their mutated Life Ability can beco a Divine tac."
"But Fenrir helps do the fusion, and there is no risk of failure. But other people have to use a symbol of authority that is compatible with their Life Ability if there is to be any chance of success."
"I bet that’s why Hammock chose this world. His Knowledge Network Life Ability was probably compatible with this world. It is either that or the Hive Mind tac was created as a result of his race as a Colossus Ant Queen."
Then he rembered sothing which made his eyes light and say, "Since Hammock is technically a divine being that has surrendered to , it should be possible for to borrow this Divine tac. Let see."
He was already rushing over to check this. Since he was already borrowing the heart of the world to check on Hammock, it was easy and straightforward to see if he could borrow Hammock’s Divine tac.
After a while of trying, he got the hang of borrowing Hammock’s Divine tac. But it required jumping through a lot of hoops to do so.
He had to first take control of Hammock’s mind. Then he had to spend so of the heart of the world tree to activate it. Only then could he borrow the Hive Mind tac.
This made him smile and say to the will of the world, "Not eating you is the best decision I’ve made recently. You’re just the gift that keeps on giving."
The will of the world said sothing about it being glad that it was useful. But it was only pretending. Its true feelings were sothing other than happiness.
