Spreading the scroll across the desk, Lynch sat down behind it, picked up a quill, dipped it in ink, and began scribbling on the Communication Scroll.

The letter was for his ntor, Annabella.

First, he reported the full story behind the incident of the goblins abducting the young won and requested reinforcents.

It couldn’t be helped.

He could manage to clear out a Bloodfang camp on his own.

But he absolutely refused to investigate the subsequent events concerning Blood Eye on his own.

’Are you kidding ? Who knows how deep the conspiracies behind that mysterious Blood Eye run?’

’After all, capturing a hundred young won is no small matter. It could very well involve so kind of evil ritual.’

Therefore, without support from the academy, this was as far as the mission could go.

Furthermore, he also wanted to ask his ntor to help him redeem the points for clearing out the Bloodfang camp.

In fact, this mission had been posted in the Mission Hall for a long ti.

However, the Bloodfang camp was far too powerful for apprentices, so the mission had been left untouched. Now that he had happened to complete it, he naturally had to claim the reward.

While he was at it, Lynch also reported his training progress. He said he’d had a fortunate encounter—a real stroke of dog-shit luck—and had suddenly broken through to beco a Tier One Mage. He asked his ntor to help him trade for so Spell Learning Scrolls and materials, and to have the reinforcents bring them over.

In short, to make this Communication Scroll worth its cost of several Gold Coins, Lynch cramd everything he could write, should write, and wanted to write into it, filling nearly the entire scroll with dense text.

After he finished writing, he checked it over to make sure nothing was missing.

Only then did Lynch pick up the scroll and activate it by injecting a trace of Mana.

The scroll instantly burst into flas without any wind, turning into a small pile of faintly glowing ashes. Then, the ashes completely dissipated into the air.

There were no earth-shattering magical light effects, but Lynch knew that far away in the Hurst Royal Extraordinary Academy, inside his ntor Annabella’s private Magic Mailbox, a Magic Letter from him should have just appeared.

After finishing the letter, his tense nerves finally relaxed.

After hastily washing up, he collapsed onto his bed and imdiately fell into a deep sleep.

He slept so soundly that he had no idea how long it had been. When he woke up and looked at the sky, he realized it was already noon.

After getting out of bed and briefly washing up, he found that the two won from the Fishing Port on duty had already prepared lunch.

Lunch consisted of fresh grilled fish, a thick soup of shellfish and mushrooms, and rock-hard black bread. Although simple, its strength lay in the freshness of the ingredients.

Lynch ate slowly and deliberately. Feeling most of his energy restored, he strolled back to the study, his eyes imdiately drawn to a mailbox on the corner of the desk.

It was a tal mailbox, rather plain in appearance, with only a few simple Magic Runes inscribed on its surface.

This was a Magic Mailbox he had brought from the academy, capable of receiving only Magic Letters bound to specific beacons.

For example, his ntor’s, the three girls’, his senior’s... and so on.

At that mont, the surface of the mailbox was shimring with an extrely faint white halo.

’A reply so soon?’ Lynch was a bit surprised. He stepped forward and opened the mailbox to find a letter lying inside.

He took it out and unfolded it, only to find the contents were infuriatingly brief, consisting of just two words: "Await ."

Lynch: "..."

The corner of his mouth couldn’t help but twitch.

’ntor, you really are a woman of few words, aren’t you...’

’A letter still costs several Gold Coins! Couldn’t you have written a few more words? At least tell if you’ve handled things, when you’ll arrive, or what you might be bringing!’

But complaints aside, those two words, "Await ," showed that his ntor took this matter very seriously and would be coming personally.

’That’s good, too. With my ntor here to take charge, I’ll have so real support.’

In the afternoon, Lynch returned to his usual routine, performing his daily ditation to consolidate the Tier One Spiritual Power he had just broken through to.

Before he knew it, the sun was setting in the west, and the evening sea breeze blew a slight chill into the Fishing Port.

「Outside the Fishing Port.」

The Bone Shadow and Squirrel Skeletons responsible for monitoring the vicinity suddenly transmitted so images through their shared vision.

In Silver Bay, a group of mounts galloped toward them, their backs to the setting sun as they kicked up sand and gravel.

Leading the group was an Undead Warhorse, its four hooves ablaze with Glowing Green Nether Fire. Seated on its back was a graceful figure in a black Mage Robe—none other than his ntor, Annabella.

And following behind her on three ordinary steeds were three young won Lynch knew quite well: Avril, Ophelia, and Lilith.

The trio of girls—warrior, priest, and mage—were all there.

"Uh..."

When Lynch received the reply, he’d guessed his ntor might co personally, but he never expected her to be so fast. What he expected even less was... ’Why did she bring these three along?’

He straightened his robes and hurried out to greet them.

「At the entrance to the Fishing Port.」

His ntor and the three girls dismounted together.

"ntor," Lynch said, hurrying forward to bow respectfully.

"Mm," Annabella acknowledged, her gaze sweeping over Lynch. She seed to notice the qualitative change in his Spiritual Power, and after a flash of surprise in her eyes, she nodded in satisfaction. "Let’s talk inside."

Avril and the other two, anwhile, respectfully called out to Lynch, "Greetings, Senior."

Even though they had long known that Lynch was in the sa year as them, they had no intention of changing how they addressed him.

"Welco, welco."

Although Lynch was saying "welco," he was secretly wondering, ’Why did ntor bring them here?’
