Originally intending to avoid unnecessary trouble, she thought about simply deleting the Weibo post she made last night, but after a mont, she felt that wasn't right. If she deleted the post without any real reason, it would make her look guilty.
After a brief mont of hesitation, she decided to ignore the Weibo issue and made a phone call to Yisen.
The phone barely rang a few tis before Yisen's gentle voice ca through, "Yes, Munni."
"Are you busy?"
"No."
"Are you at ho or the office?"
"At ho."
"I heard from Jiuchen that Bruce is at your place? I'd like to take him ho."
"Alright, then co up. The apartnt number is 1701, and the password is the old password for our ho."
The phrase "our ho" rolled off his tongue naturally, as if it were to be expected.
"Okay, got it."
Qin Muni took the elevator to the seventeenth floor. As she was about to enter the password at Yisen's door, her hand suddenly paused.
Out of politeness, she rang the doorbell.
The doorbell had barely rung when the door opened. Yisen looked down slightly at Qin Muni, who was a little shorter than him, "Why didn't you just co in?"
Qin Muni didn't directly tell Yisen her thoughts, she just said tactfully, "I was afraid it might be inconvenient for you."
A playful, roguish smile suddenly curved at the corner of Yisen's mouth. A mischievous glint spread slowly in his obsidian-like eyes as he parted his thin lips and said lightly, "We're already so comfortable with each other as a couple, what's there to be inconvenient about?"
The teasing words slid from his mouth without the slightest awkwardness.
Qin Muni had never seen this cheeky side of Yisen before, and couldn't help but stare in amazent. The next second, she flushed with embarrassnt and gave Yisen a resentful, upward glance.
He didn't feel embarrassed at all; instead, he let out a low, chuckling laugh.
His laughter was very pleasant, like a sound of striking jade, containing a joyful humor that gently drifted into Qin Muni's ears, like a spring breeze creating gentle ripples across her heart.
Yisen stifled his laughter, tilted his body slightly, and invited Qin Muni inside, "Co in, Bruce is playing."
"You can just bring him out; I'll wait here for you."
Yisen glanced at her, seeing her clear refusal to co inside, he didn't press the matter. He nodded and said, "Wait a mont," before turning back into the house to Bruce's room, where Bruce was happily playing with a stuffed toy.
Soon, Yisen ca back to the door cradling Bruce, gently patting Bruce's head. Bruce blinked obediently up at him.
"Looks like Bruce really likes . Bring him around more often, I've got a room set aside for him." As he spoke, he handed Bruce over to Qin Muni.
"Okay, sure. Thank you for taking care of him for ."
Yisen nodded, paused for a few seconds, and then said, "Since you're so grateful, why not give yourself a chance to show it?"
Qin Muni couldn't help but roll her eyes, recalling the last ti he asked her to treat him. She thought Yisen really had a lot of free ti recently.
"What are you plotting now?" she asked in a tone full of disdain.
Her wary attitude amused Yisen, "Let's go to Purple Clouds Mountain for Christmas."
Qin Muni blinked lightly, her long eyelashes fluttering slightly as she realized Christmas hadn't passed yet.
"No, thanks. I just got back from Rongyun Town, and I'm a little tired," she shook her head, politely declining Yisen's offer.
Yisen had expected her to refuse, so he didn't seem very disappointed. He simply nodded and then shifted his strategy, "Then how about you invite over to your place for dinner?"
