Although Xia Siyu was wearing a swimsuit underneath, it wasn’t one of those revealing types like the bikinis; it was a one-piece swimsuit. Over it, she wore a UV-protection robe-like thin fabric, which was actually a two-piece set to go with the swimsuit and didn’t expose much. With a waist tie accentuating her slender waist, it’s almost impossible to wear high heels while wading on the beach. Xia Siyu wore a pair of flip-flops, and it’s her good body proportions that allowed her to dare such a bold move. Most female celebrities, even if they’re tall enough, don’t necessarily have such straight and slender legs as hers.
As for the man working with her, he was not a star from the entertainnt industry, seed to be so kind of model. Indeed, it was playing in the water—involving Xia Siyu splashing water on him one-sidedly, and running after each other by the sea, stepping on the waves.
Around them was a circle of filming caras and such. At a glance, it was clear that they were working.
Bo Yan watched for a while from the side without stepping in to disturb. He waited until a scene was finished, and Xia Siyu ca back to rest. She sat on a lounge chair on the beach and propped up an umbrella. Bo Yan, standing at a distance, saw her take a sip of coconut juice and then pick up her phone.
Not even two seconds later, his phone beeped. Bo Yan took it out to see a ssage from her: "Have you arrived?"
Bo Yan glanced at the phone and typed a reply: "Just got off the plane, got delayed by air traffic control. It’ll probably take another hour and a half to get there. How about you? Are you done with work?"
"A bit more to go. I’ll wait for you back at the hotel."
"Okay." Bo Yan replied. At the other end, Xia Siyu also put down her phone, chatted with the director for a bit, rested, changed out of her sandy outerwear, touched up her makeup, and tidied up before continuing the shoot.
After all, with her current star level, she doesn’t really have to shoot many comrcials to cater to the audience. Her bold reputation is known, so even the male model didn’t dare to take advantage of her. Though he seed older than Xia Siyu, he spoke to her with great respect, and there was no physical contact between them at all.
Bo Yan watched for a while, then Song Fengzhi, who was helping him with the hotel check-in, ca over looking for him, about to shout his na loudly. Bo Yan held up his index finger and gestured with a "shh," shaking his head. Song Fengzhi understood, approached with the quietest voice possible, "Yan Ge."
Bo Yan said, "Later, quietly contact Wei Jingjing and have her do this."
Then he whispered instructions.
Sending Song Fengzhi to do tasks was fine, but having him contact Wei Jingjing? Song Fengzhi looked a bit puzzled, "You want to contact her..."
"Weren’t you the one who insisted on coming along, worrying that if I did everything myself, I might get photographed?" Bo Yan turned it around on him. Originally, he planned to co on his own to et his wife, but Song Fengzhi insisted on tagging along after hearing about it.
His reason was: "There are so many paparazzi lately. What if you get photographed and there’s no one to help? If I’m there, at least I can help cover for you. Don’t worry, Yan Ge, I’ll definitely do my part and won’t disturb you during your date."
Song Fengzhi had no choice but to act himself.
After Xia Siyu finished this scene, the day’s work was done. While she was packing up, Bo Yan told her: "I have good news and bad news. The good news is I’m in the car leaving the airport. The bad news is I think I’m being tailed by the paparazzi."
Xia Siyu was stunned for a mont: "What should we do then?"
