"Stop..."
Her breath hitched as he kissed her. She pushed him away, panting, her cheeks flushed crimson, overco with shyness.
"Did you miss ?" he asked in a hoarse voice, his eyes shining with ardent desire.
"If you missed , then I missed you. If you didn’t, then I didn’t either!" She was still resentful of his recent indifference.
Seems like that wasn’t enough...
Adrian Desmond kissed her lips, for which he had yearned day and night, once more. Her small hand pressed against his chest in a feeble attempt at resistance. It felt as if he wanted to devour her whole, his uncontrollable strength growing heavier. She could feel a stinging pain and a wave of numbness on her lips.
He gave her no chance to breathe, holding her tightly, greedily inhaling her fragrance. Sienna Johnson’s knees went weak; if he hadn’t been clutching her waist, she would have stumbled backward awkwardly.
After what felt like an eternity, he finally released her, panting heavily. His gaze burned into her flushed face. "It’s five more days until the three-month mark. Would it be alright if we... didn’t wait those five days?"
Sienna Johnson lay weakly against his chest, gasping for breath, taking in large gulps of the surrounding air.
"I want you right now..." He reached for her face, preparing to kiss her again.
Sienna Johnson’s reluctance faded, and she began to show her own passion. Encouraged by her response, Adrian Desmond grew bolder.

She regained so of her composure, her gaze sharp as she looked at Adrian Desmond. He placed her on the table and swept all the obstructing items to the floor with a crash.
"Answer !" Sienna Johnson wasn’t going to let him off so easily.
"I’m not!"
Sienna remained silent, her expression unyielding.
"Stop your nonsense," Adrian growled. "We can talk after I’m done!"
He suddenly pulled off her underwear. His suit jacket was already off, and a few buttons of his shirt were undone. Sienna caught sight of a faint, scarred tooth mark on his chest. The lingering passion vanished as if a bubble had popped. Sienna ca back to her senses, her gaze clearing considerably. Thinking of the woman who had bitten him, Sienna seethed with anger. She lifted her foot, aid at Adrian Desmond’s abdon, and kicked him without rcy.
Thus, the brilliant and formidable Sixth Master, a commanding presence in both legitimate and underworld circles, was knocked down by a woman.
Adrian Desmond lay on the floor, his arousal still evident, looking at her with an expression of utter bewildernt and innocence, appearing as pitiful as could be.
After a long mont, Adrian Desmond finally processed that he had been kicked by a woman. He gritted his teeth and growled, "Sienna Johnson, what the hell are you stirring up for this ti?"
Sienna Johnson’s face was taut, and she said nothing.
The passionate atmosphere had completely disintegrated. The couple, who had been intensely entangled just monts before, now regarded each other like strangers.
"Speak! How on earth did I offend you again?" He sat up, glaring at the woman before him.

Sienna Johnson glared at him, snatched an inkstone from the table, and threw it at him. "Adrian Desmond, you bastard! You still have the nerve to ask why I’m angry!"
Adrian Desmond deftly caught the inkstone and roared back, equally furious, "What did I do now?"
"Tell , which woman have you been ssing around with?"
Adrian Desmond was taken aback. "How did you know?" he asked.
Sienna Johnson froze. He really has another woman?
Her eyes welled with tears, her heart aching with a bitter pang. "Get out!"
"What’s gotten into you? Yes, they sent a few won, but I didn’t lay a finger on them. Aiden Howard likes won, so I planned to give them all to him. Is that little thing really worth your anger?"
"So, people sent you won?"
"Isn’t that what you were just talking about?"
Adrian Desmond felt like he’d fallen into a trap.

Adrian Desmond’s anger lted away as he watched her cry. He couldn’t bear to see her shed a single tear. He got up from the floor, walked over to her, and reached out, but she slapped his hand away.
"Why are you crying? I told you, I didn’t touch them. You don’t understand the rules of the underworld. When they gift won, even if I don’t use them, I can’t refuse." His tone softened.
Sienna said nothing, tears still glistening in her eyes.
"Before I t you, people often sent won to . I always passed them on to others. I swear, on our son’s na, I swear I haven’t touched a single one of them. What are you crying for? You’re making it sound like I’m having an affair."
The term "having an affair" was sothing Adrian Desmond had learned in Sileria City. In Abyanabad, the concept of a man "having an affair" didn’t really exist.
In Abyanabad, as long as a woman wasn’t soone else’s wife, a man was free to sleep with any woman he pleased.
"You still say you didn’t? Then tell , what’s this tooth mark on your chest about?" She threw a pen holder at him. "Don’t tell you bit yourself!"
"What tooth mark?"
"Still playing dumb?" Sienna cried even harder. She had missed him so much, and here he was, this man, reveling with beauties, completely forgetting her.
"I knew it. Once you had , you stopped cherishing ."
"How could I ever stop cherishing you?"
Adrian Desmond felt a headache coming on. The little woman before him was nothing like the shrewd Sienna Johnson he knew; she was acting completely unreasonable. Still, he loved her even when she was like this.
"So... are you jealous?"
Sienna Johnson paused for a mont, then wailed, "Yes, I am jealous! You must be thrilled!"
