However, just when everyone thought Sumr Monroe was going to be bitten to death, the dog, instead of attacking Sumr, turned viciously towards Coralie Hughes.
Coralie Hughes was startled, "Buddy, you..."
Sumr crouched down and fed the raw at in her hand to Buddy. After Buddy finished eating, she gently patted the dog’s leg and said, "Done eating, go!"
Buddy barked once, then dashed aggressively toward Coralie Hughes.
That expression, how did it seem like it was returning to its owner? Clearly, it was going to bite her!
Coralie Hughes turned pale with fright and ran away.
"Woof! Woof!"
Buddy dashed over like a bolt, looking ready to tear Coralie Hughes to pieces.
This sudden reversal left the servants so shocked that they forgot how to react to Coralie Hughes’s cries for help.
Just then, Stella Monroe arrived in ti.
Earlier, a servant, fearing that Clarissa Stanton and Coralie Hughes would blow things up, had gone to report the incident.
But when Stella Monroe arrived and looked up, it was Coralie Hughes, the dog’s owner, being chased by the dog?
Stella Monroe hadn’t expected Buddy, who usually listened to Coralie Hughes the most, to chase and bite her today.
By now, Coralie Hughes was exhausted and could barely run.
Buddy leaped and bit the hem of Coralie Hughes’s dress.
With her dress caught, Coralie Hughes stumbled and fell to the ground, eating dirt, in a very embarrassed state.
But at the mont she couldn’t care about the embarrassnt, only fearing she would be bitten to death, she cried out, "Help!!!"
Stella Monroe snapped out of her shock, glanced around, and picked up a stone, hurling it at Buddy with all her might.
A dull "bong" sounded as the stone hit the dog’s head accurately.
The dog’s head, which was about to reach Coralie Hughes’s face, imdiately turned to the side and fell to the ground.
But soon Buddy got up again.
Only this ti, Buddy didn’t chase Coralie Hughes but charged at Stella Monroe.
Stella Monroe, frightened, hid behind the servants, "Help! Help!"
The servant, fearing for their life, dared not care for Sumr and quickly stepped aside.
"Ah—" Stella Monroe was so scared she forgot to run, closing her eyes as if awaiting death.
However, the next second, there was a loud bang, and Stella Monroe felt a heavy weight on her, with warm liquid dripping onto her face.
Stella Monroe opened her eyes to see a bullet hole in the pit bull’s head, dead on top of her.
Soone had shot the dog!
She instinctively looked not far away.
She saw a striking man standing there casually, as if watching a good show.
This person was none other than Ryder Quinn, who had an engagent with Coralie Hughes.
Coralie Hughes was the first to recover, joyfully shouting, "Young Master Quinn!"
Ryder Quinn held a silver gun, arms crossed, looking entirely at ease.
He hadn’t expected that being forced by his family to pick up Coralie Hughes for a al, he would witness such an entertaining scene.
And... interesting people.
Ryder Quinn’s gaze shifted from Sumr Monroe to Coralie Hughes, raising an eyebrow, "If my mom sees that your hobby is bringing dogs out to bite people, she’d certainly like you even more."
Coralie Hughes’s face turned pale as she hastily defended herself, "No, Young Master Quinn, I just brought Buddy out to play. I didn’t expect that woman did sothing to Buddy, and he turned to bite !"
