Mason Monroe’s back stiffened, and he turned around slowly, forcing a laugh as he said, "I’m going to the library to read a bit, hoping to get into graduate school. That way, I can be more deserving of Coralie."

The pawnshop owner glanced at it, imdiately looking excited.
"You want to pawn this to ?"
