Sumr Monroe’s mind was racing.
She stood in the garden, thinking for several minutes. When a rough idea ford in her mind, she finally lifted her foot and walked towards the ergency room.
Just as Sumr reached the entrance to the ergency room, she saw Stella Monroe crying in Henry Stanton’s arms.
Sumr imdiately quickened her pace and asked, "Dad, what’s wrong with Aunt?"
Henry Stanton clearly didn’t know what had happened either. He lowered his gaze and asked the tearful Stella Monroe, "Don’t cry yet, what on earth happened?"
With tear-filled eyes, Stella pointed to a doctor and nurse standing not far away and sobbed, "He molested !"
Stella’s voice was loud when she said this, and almost everyone in the ergency room heard it.
They looked over at Stella, with surprise in their eyes, but more disdain for the male doctor she pointed out.
A few hot-tempered people ca over to help Stella accuse the male doctor—
"The patient ca to the hospital for a check-up, how could you do such disgusting things? Where is your dical ethics?"
"A person like this isn’t fit to be a doctor at all. You’re right, you should call the police! People like this shouldn’t be tolerated, they must be severely punished!"
"Yes, yes! He must be severely punished!"
More and more people joined in to help, and the male doctor accused by Stella had a look of anger on his face.
With a darkened face, he spoke, "Patient Stella Monroe, don’t make random accusations! When did I molest you? You entered my ultrasound room yourself, I hadn’t even started examining you, and you suddenly scread and ran out."
The nurse beside him nodded anxiously.
"Yes, madam, we hadn’t even finished the examination. Doing that check-up requires you to take off your clothes, you can’t randomly accuse people like this."
Henry Stanton felt both angry and embarrassed. He confird with Stella Monroe, "Did that doctor really molest you? Are you sure you didn’t mistake it?"
Stella Monroe wiped her tears while speaking with sha and anger, "I’ve done this kind of examination before. Of course, I know you need to undress. Can I not tell the difference between molestation and an examination? He took advantage of the nurse not paying attention and touched . I swear, I didn’t make a mistake!"
"Alright!" Henry Stanton signaled to the driver, who imdiately went forward to hold the male doctor.
Henry Stanton took the opportunity to call the police.
The police station was nearby, so officers arrived quickly to investigate the situation.
Upon hearing that it was a doctor molesting a patient, their expressions imdiately turned serious.
The nurse looked at a room full of people speaking up for Stella Monroe and the police, and for a mont, lost her confidence, no longer speaking on behalf of the male doctor.
The male doctor frantically defended himself, but no one believed his words. Coupled with the fact that there were no surveillance caras in the ultrasound room, he had no way to express his grievances, and could only go to the police station to give a statent.
Sumr Monroe watched the male doctor being taken away with a deep gaze, even more certain that Stella Monroe’s pregnancy was fake.
Stella Monroe must have been worried that the ultrasound would reveal her false pregnancy, so she devised this sche.
Stella didn’t consider that this would utterly destroy the male doctor’s entire life.
"Snake-hearted" couldn’t be a more fitting description of Stella Monroe.
Henry Stanton was full of anger, and only when the person was taken away did his emotions calm sowhat, and he loudly demanded ntal compensation from the hospital’s managent.
The hospital sent out Doctor Chambers.
Doctor Chambers ca forward, first glancing at Sumr Monroe, who felt his helplessness and sighed inside.
Doctor Chambers averted his gaze, walked over to Stella Monroe and Henry Stanton, and bowed to apologize.
