Ye Shikai opened his eyes, and his stomach started growling. He had drunk so much last night that he hadn’t even eaten dinner, and as a result, he woke up in the morning so hungry that he was seeing stars. After a simple wash-up, he went downstairs intending to find sothing to eat.

"Kai, I made this for you myself. I know you don’t like egg yolks, so I added egg whites instead." Chen Yuxin smiled gently, and the sandwich was made quite nicely. Ye Shikai wasn’t too picky about food, but the sandwich did show Chen Yuxin’s "sincerity." "Kai, we’re going on our honeymoon next week. Haven’t you prepared anything?" Chen Yuxin asked unexpectedly.
"? Just so daily necessities, I’ll let my subordinates handle it." Ye Shikai replied nonchalantly. Chen Yuxin wasn’t an ordinary person, so naturally, they would go on their honeymoon with a group of attendants to handle security and other trivial matters.
"Is there anywhere in Europe you want to visit this ti?" Chen Yuxin continued to ask. Ye Shikai’s hand holding the dinner knife paused for a mont. A honeymoon is a journey of love; that’s a nearly universal thought among won, and Chen Yuxin was no exception. She was looking forward to this honeymoon but hoped even more that Ye Shikai did too.
"Of course not. I’ll be with you wherever you want to go." Ye Shikai finished the sandwich on his plate and changed the subject. "Ji Qian and the others have already found Ghost in East Sea, but he’s lost his mory."
"What? How did that happen?" Chen Yuxin seed surprised. Ghost was Ye Shikai’s most capable assistant and one of the most important mbers of the Netherworld Palace, but he had lost his mory. Ye Shikai understood that Chen Yuxin didn’t hold Ghost in high regard, and she probably wasn’t going to pity him over this bout of amnesia.
"Xin, Ghost and I are brothers. When I put it like this, you should understand what I an." Ye Shikai’s tone changed, becoming colder and more profound.
"Kai, this afternoon, how about I accompany you to East Sea?" As soon as Chen Yuxin finished speaking, Ye Shikai jumped up from his chair in surprise.
"Are you serious?" Ye Shikai was quite shocked. Being caught between his brother and his wife was already uncomfortable for him, but that Chen Yuxin would willingly agree to go to East Sea with him was unexpected.

"Alright, my bad." Ghost lifted the soup bowl and drank the duck soup in one go. "How about now, are you satisfied?"
"Hmph, take good care of your injury. Rest for a week, and your wounds should heal." Gu Xin nodded.

"What’s up?" Ghost looked up to see Gu Xin’s expression drastically change, as if she had rembered sothing terrifying.
"Do you think what happened this ti was done by those ’friends’ of yours from that day?"
