Currently, the Winter Monkey’s sea of consciousness was a mixture of red and black.
Simon’s ntal energy were like blots on the surface of the Winter Monkey’s sea of consciousness.
It was comparable to when crude oil floated on top of water.
Because of Simon, it was not causing any harm, but if Simon wished for his ntal energy to harm the Winter Monkey, it would.
However, there were certain limitations to this enslavent ability of his.
The first is distance.
If he was too far away from the Winter Monkey, he would not be able to control his ntal energy.
The second is ti.
With ti, his ntal energy that was in the Winter Monkey’s sea of consciousness would dissipate if more was not added to it.
If the Winter Monkey also got stronger, his ntal energy would also dissipate faster.
These were the limitations Simon discovered about his enslavent technique, but he didn’t really mind.
They were limitations he could work with.
As for the pain and damage done to the Winter Monkey?
It was sothing he could fix, and it was why he was so confident when he told Lucien that it was not a problem.
Instead of waiting and giving the Winter Monkey ti to heal his damaged mind barrier and his sea of consciousness, Simon could patch it up with his own ntal energy.
He could patch the hole in the mind barrier of the Winter Monkey, and he could also use his ntal energy to ’restore’ the wasted ntal energy of the Winter Monkey.
This was not normal in the slightest, and Simon even had many more questions regarding his unique sea of consciousness.
But these were questions for another day.
Right now... A certain old Morveth had to die.
Simon infused his demonic energy into the chaos runes and formation on the chains of the Winter Monkey, and three seconds later, the chains around the Winter Monkey’s neck and limbs opened and fell with a clang.
The Winter Monkey looked at the chains on the floor, then it looked at Simon.
Simon indifferently pointed at First Blade.
"Kill him."
First Blade’s expression beca strange. Even Lucien had a strange expression.
"Are you for real?"
Simon did not answer. He just kept on staring at the Winter Monkey with an indifferent expression.
When First Blade saw this, he narrowed his eyes.
"Boy, I have tried my best to be patient with you. Are you sure you want to do this?"
First Blade’s aura beca dangerous and threatening, but Simon remained calm and indifferent.
He tilted his head at the Winter Monkey, his gaze turning colder.
"Will you kill him or not?"
The Winter Monkey shifted his gaze to First Blade, then it closed his eyes and looked back at Simon.
"I will."
First Blade’s expression changed to one of anger and disdain.
Although he was slightly wary of the Winter Monkey, he was more angry at the fact that Simon believed that the Winter Monkey would be able to protect him.
He was a Supre Greater Demon with a lot of experience and the Winter Monkey was a Minor Calamity Beast.
"Boy, you’ve crossed the line. You actually believe that a re monkey would be able to defeat ?"
"?!"
First Blade suddenly vanished and reappeared right in front of Simon and the Winter Monkey.
A sword appeared in one of his four hands, and his black eyes glead with a cold light as he looked at the Winter Monkey.
"I’ll show you the difference between and this beast."
He raised his sword and swung down.
As he swung the sword, the freezing winds beca turbulent and Simon was nearly blown away because of the power behind First Blade’s swing.
Simon quickly jumped back, but he was not fast enough.
CLANG!!!
By the ti his feet left the frozen ground, the First Blade’s sword had already reached the Winter Monkey.
The sound of two objects shook the air and a powerful shockwave blasted Simon and Lucien away.
Webbed cracks spread beneath First Blade and the Winter Monkey.
But when Simon landed on his feet and he quickly looked at the Winter Monkey to know if it had been able to react to First Blade’s attack, he was not disappointed in the slightest.
A portion of the frozen ground rose and blocked the strike of First Blade as an ice boulder.
The old demon could not help but click his tongue in anger when he saw this, but he didn’t stop.
He took a step back and was about to swing his sword again, but he sensed danger and he vanished.
Boom!
The ice boulder that blocked his previous sword strike suddenly exploded like a grenade, its shards flying everywhere and so even caused cracks on the frozen ground.
As for the Winter Monkey, he was unhard.
He indifferently looked up, and his eyes reflected the sight of First Blade standing in the air with a solemn gaze.
To the surprise of First Blade and Simon, the Winter Monkey began to transform.
He grew in size and the frost patterns on his body also grew and emitted an icy chill.
From the size of a human child, he grew to the size of an adult. And he was standing on his two feet.
His heart rank remained the sa, but First Blade’s instincts were sending warning signals to him.
’I have to kill this beast now.’
This ti around, he knew that he had to take this beast seriously.
He channeled his demonic energy into his silver sword, and flas sparked to life around it.
The chill around First Blade vanished, and the air beca warm.
The Winter Monkey narrowed his eyes when he saw this, but he was not afraid.
"I wonder how your heart tastes."
Hunger and desire flashed in the eyes of the Winter Monkey, and First Blade could not help but frown.
Ever since he had been captured, he had not eaten.
He was hungry, and he did not mind eating a Supre Greater Demon to satiate his hunger.
"Damned beast." First Blade growled, then he swung his flaming sword at the Winter Monkey.
Their battle began.
