The two girls frantically pounding on the door didn’t notice that the girl in the blood pool behind them had raised an arm, with blood slowly dripping down her pale arm, ghastly and frightening.
Tianmiao was very close to Lou Sha, and she clearly felt Lou Sha’s body tremble.
Then, that person slowly stood up from the blood pool, her long dress completely turned blood red, her face entirely covered with blood, from a distance resembling more of a faceless blood mask.
She stiffly lifted her foot and slowly walked out of the blood pool.
The two girls pounding on the door finally realized what was happening and scread twice as the blood pool woman approached them.
"I think we can save them!" Lou Sha said, trying once again to push open the door.
Tianmiao covered Lou Sha’s mouth, pressing her firmly inside the cabinet as she whispered, "Shh."
A chilling sensation shot through Lou Sha’s mind, making her shiver involuntarily, feeling incredibly alert.
Tianmiao was so close to her, oddly making her feel at ease, and after two deep breaths, she continued to watch outside.
The blood pool woman’s lunge toward the two girls halted abruptly, she fell to the ground and gradually disappeared. What was going on?
Lou Sha blinked; was everything she just saw an illusion?
The two previously panic-stricken girls now had their backs to the cabinet door, and Lou Sha peered through the holes in the cabinet, her pupils contracting slightly.
One of the girl’s heads twisted behind her at a bizarre angle, with ghostly white pupils gazing back through the cabinet holes, eting her eyes.
At this mont, Lou Sha finally understood why Tianmiao covered her mouth—it was certainly to stop her from screaming. She tightly gripped Tianmiao’s hand.
Slowly, the two girls began to turn, inch by inch approaching the cabinet where the two were hiding.
"Don’t breathe, don’t speak," Tianmiao quickly whispered in Lou Sha’s ear. Lou Sha imdiately held her breath, nodding gently.
"Ti to put on new clothes," a girl’s happy voice ca from outside the cabinet door.
She and Tianmiao pressed against the side of the cabinet, trying their best not to be discovered when the cabinet door opened.
The cabinet door swung open, and a pale hand reached in, gently taking down the clothes hanging in the cabinet.
"Haha, how beautiful!" another girl’s voice exclaid in admiration.
The cabinet door was closed again; Lou Sha felt like she was going to suffocate and took a couple of quick breaths.
The two continued to watch through the holes in the cabinet. The two girls were standing in the blood pool, slowly shedding their skin.
The previously panicked girls had vanished, replaced by two almost decomposed female corpses.
The blood-soaked, semi-decayed skins were tossed near the cabinet door as the two monsters took a ’bath’ in the blood pool, then donned new skins. After a strange, sticky sound ended, two young won reappeared in the blood pool, holding hands, and slowly walked out of the room.
The main door closed gently, and the once brightly lit room gradually dimd, as if the curtain had fallen on a theatrical performance.
Tianmiao reached out and pushed open the cabinet door, stepping out with Lou Sha following, who felt her stomach churn; it was the most disgusting scene she had ever witnessed.
"They too are pitiful," Tianmiao sighed.
"Them? Where did they go?" Lou Sha asked in follow-up.
