Wu Yihao and Cui Wenyan’s seats were at the very back. Cui Wenyan was seated there because her poor academic performance placed her at the end of the list when it ca to choosing a seat. Wu Yihao simply wanted to sit in the back so he could ss around a bit during class, eat so snacks, or whatever. So, it ended up that the top-five student Wu Yihao was desk mates with Cui Wenyan, the student at the very bottom.
Cui Wenyan was running at lightning speed now. In the past, she would usually be the last one to leisurely stroll alone to the cafeteria. Her life back then was always gray and lifeless. But now it’s different! Cui Wenyan felt that her life was bright and full of excitent—she was so happy she could fly. She couldn’t wait to go ho after school, back to a ho where her master was waiting for her.
At the school cafeteria, if you go early, you can get lots of delicious dishes. Go late, and you’ll just have leftovers.
Wu Yihao was 178 centiters tall, and he was only in sophomore year. Cui Wenyan’s height was only 160 centiters.
On the way, Wu Yihao dashed ahead in the crowd with a face full of triumphant joy.

Wu Yihao quickly snapped back to reality, gritting his teeth while charging forward with a roar. Just going for a al after school, yet with him and Cui Wenyan, it felt like they were running the Olympics.
At the cafeteria, with their als served and trays held, Wu Yihao panted: "Cui Wenyan, what’s up with you today? It’s like you’re a changed person. I’ve never seen you run so fast for a al before. Aren’t you girls always concerned about your image?"
"Image can’t be eaten," Cui Wenyan said, before finding a spot to sit down and starting to eat.
Wu Yihao also brought over his bowl and said, "You got all the howork right today. I didn’t spot any mistakes, impressive! This makes copying your howork in the future less worriso."
Cui Wenyan glanced up at Wu Yihao, remaining silent for a while.
"Wh-what’s wrong?" Wu Yihao asked cautiously, feeling slightly uneasy from her stare.
"Nothing. Thanks," Cui Wenyan suddenly said in gratitude.
"Huh?" Wu Yihao was stunned for a mont and continued to ask Cui Wenyan what was wrong, but she didn’t say a word.
After finishing her al, Cui Wenyan placed her tray and chopsticks in the designated spot and returned to the classroom. She knew the purpose behind Wu Yihao copying her howork; he could very well choose to copy from students with better grades, but he chose hers despite knowing it had many errors. That’s because Wu Yihao understood her background, knowing she was a poor orphan, so after copying her howork, he would give her so snacks. This big guy had been helping her in his own way.
In the past, she didn’t understand, but after unlocking the Spiritual Eye, her mind beca much clearer. Things once unclear were now as enlightening as having a sudden realization.
She couldn’t have imagined the burly Wu Yihao could have such a sensitive side.
At that mont, the burly Wu Yihao was drinking from a box of yogurt on his way back to the classroom.
